7/7/77 I was 15. Not yet into Styx but I remember that on that date I was near the edge of the local woods when I "met" a magpie. It was so tame it sat on my hand, head and shoulder. After about 20 mins of this I had to go home, some kids ended up playing with it.The next night I went back with the hope of seeing it again. I met the same kids who told me that the bird had flown into the road and been splatted. Sure enough the remains were on the road! Great album though!Just the release date..sob! |

This is the first album to get me into buying and listening to rock. Unbelieveable songs and talent. Must have!!! |

Castle Walls is so epic! Love the middle instrumental part of the song. Clearly their best work, the songs are outstanding! The apex of Styx!! |
