No comments on this one? Well, it just arrived in my mailbox so I am currently listening to it. First listen comments then now. It has that competent, AOR-like sound that one comes to expect from a lot of Frontiers label bands. The singer has a clean but slightly gritty voice so that he sounds "rock" and not like a choirboy. The keys are ever-present but not too distracting. The guitars are nice, especially the soloing, which on standout songs like "End of a Dream" really adds to the track, making it better and fitting with the overall feel. I must admit, in said track, what was distracting was the record-player crackle effect at the start and end. I thought for a second my cd was scratched lol. Nevermind. This is a good release to see out 2020 for me. Listening to this I could close my eyes and pretend it was still 1983. And I like it that way! |

To be honest with you "Auslander" I had never heard of these guys, but am glad you commented. Listening to some of the clips, I like it! |
