The third release form Crystal Ball and IMO the poorest. The debut was strong AOR?Melodic ROck, THe 2nd was more Hard Rocking akin to Gottard and Bonfire in places, this the 3rd is trying to be both. In -places it works well in others it dosn't. There is enough here for fans of scandi/ Germanic rock to shell out for though. |

I must agree - this is a great band and the first two albums are two of the best in the genre, but this one just doesn't match them. It is still a great, solid album from this very consistent band, nothing bad about it, just not as good as the first two. Good melodic hard rock though. |

I HAVE TO SAY THAT I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WHEN I PURCHASED THIS CD. THEIR FIRST TWO CDS ARE GREAT. THIS CD JUST PLAIN SUCKS. ONLY ONE OR TWO GOOD SONGS. VERY DISAPPOINTING. PEACE |

Rockhead is right in his comment is a mixture of their first 2 albums, somewhere half in the middle. This ain't a bad album i mean it has the flavour that all of us listeners want to hear from a band this caliber.Certainly this is not forgeteable but you'd better be aware. If you get it you will not be repented though. |

They should've consulted a psychic with a crystal ball before releasing this CD, because then they might've realized it was not what the fans wanted to hear. Ballsier guitars, which is cool, but song quality is not nearly as good as the band's first 2 CDs. Still, you'd be hard-pressed to call this a bad album; many other melodic metal bands wish they could record something half this good. The only problem is that it just pales in comparison to its predecessors, which were virtual masterpieces. |
