From: Ronnie Date: January 24, 2002 at 16:32
Just got these songs(all but 1) from audiogalaxy. Man, I like this. If you like TNT or the Headpins you'll like this stuff. Wish I knew where I could find this CD. I'm not sure I've even seen one on eBay.

From: Patrick Date: February 7, 2002 at 6:59
Someone just bought this cd on Ebay for... 250 USD!!! Can you believe it

From: marley's my son Date: February 9, 2002 at 6:54
I have a copy of "Cool, Calm and Collected" by Tindrum which is some sort of their Best Of collection. It has 2 songs from this album and almost all of the songs in their 2nd release. I admit that at first I thought that they're very generic but after some listening, I can now really say that they wrote some VERY GOOD TUNES!!!

From: BPG Date: March 7, 2002 at 12:31
An Excellent CD-got mine directly from Norway back in the day. Midnite Dynamite, Rain & Miracle of Love are great tracks.

From: MEAL 4 EVER Date: September 8, 2002 at 20:53
I just got this cd from kissmydisc.com (very cool website), I love every song on this album. If you have this cd hold on to it, because it is extreamly hard to get. I've seen this cd go for $1,025 on ebay (Feb. 2002). This is a cd that will take any collection to a new level. Metal 4 Life

From: Teo_3 Date: January 14, 2003 at 1:34
Well, what can i say for this band, if you have this cd you have a true collectors item with excellent tunes like "Drums Of War" and "Horoscope" and no weak tracks. If you find it in a second hand store that does not know who TINDRUM are GARB IT!!!! Guitars that will blow your head off and a voice that will take you away.

From: TIM Date: January 14, 2003 at 15:52
Got this yesterday and it's pretty good. Kind of like a heavier Europe meets Stage Dolls. Hints of Survivor and Night Ranger in places. Track 7 is a Bad Company cover if any wondered.

From: TIM Date: January 14, 2003 at 15:58
Some of the axework sounds like The Cauze. One song sounded like "Can't Find My Way" by Hardline. Not a run of the mill ripoff band by any means just trying to break it down into bands people are familiar with.

From: TIM Date: January 14, 2003 at 15:59
Well, The Cauze isn't common but they rest will do.

From: TIM Date: January 14, 2003 at 17:41
Make that "the rest."

Easily one of the best female-fronted hard rock releases of all time. That's no hype, that's the truth. Like a female TNT. Too bad you need to use some TNT and blow up a bank safe just to afford this CD!! It's rare alright, but damn, is it ever good! You can put the first four songs on this CD up against the first four from ANY other CD- they're THAT good!

From: Corne Date: August 9, 2003 at 17:26
OK, if You all say that this CD is such a good one, then please may anyone burn it on CD-R for me??! My e-mail is: cornelius_groth@yahoo.de

Norway calling! Tindrum is a GREAT rock band! Unfortunately I can't get hold of any of their cd's here in Norway! If you have these cd's, don't sell them. They'll make you rich! If anyone are interested in selling, I'm willing to buy! By this time Tindrum is touring here in Trondheim...I have the album's "How about this" and "cool, calm and colleected" on my computer.

From: Eddi Date: March 7, 2004 at 10:29
Believe the hype! I can understand people paying a lot for this one! Stunning release!

From: ERIK Date: April 6, 2004 at 13:05
Best female singer ever! In fact the only female voice I really dig... I rate this album 9 out of 10! Absolutely amazing songs, especially the first four tracks.

From: John Date: April 17, 2004 at 18:44
These comments got me curious and I finally managed to download all the songs. Believe the hype...this is some great music. I haven't stopped listening to them since I got them. Doubt I'll ever own the CD, though...

From: Frode Date: June 28, 2004 at 22:40
This is the music, and band that make the 80`s. Alot of us rock lovers that can remeber that time has a memory from this songs. This band that later become the famouse band TNT (that we all know of) is something we Norweagen is very proud of. And it al started in the city Tronndheim Norway.. It just shows that we Norweagen "can" make the rest of the world notice us..

From: Frode Date: June 28, 2004 at 23:07
P.S. Is someone should have this cd, im intrested in bying it from u. Send me a e:mail on Spawnn2@hotmail.com if u have it and wants to sell it..

Not quite right there...Look at the year of release... This was not a pre-TNT project... By the way, I thought it was easy to find in Norway?? Or at least easier than for the rest of the world...

From: Frode Date: June 29, 2004 at 13:56
This is not easy to find sadly, i have tryid the most recordshop but no one has it . And for the record Tindrum is not a preTNT. But mutch of TNT is in Tindrum and viceversa. Finally got this one original!!! it cost me less than people imagine, totally mint like new. The album is one of the best scandi hard rock acts i´ve heard "Keeep Running" the best song, altogether with "Midnite Dynamite" and "Horoscope".

From: R.S. - Rocks Date: August 14, 2004 at 20:06
If you need more information on Tindrum check out www.dieseldahl.com

From: Date: August 25, 2004 at 15:19
I have this CD minus one song. (Yeah I got it off Audiogalaxy for free too 2 years ago) If anyone is interested in downloading it from me, email me at lillian_axe2004@hotmail.com and I'll tell you how. It is very good but the hype is just hype. Above average at best. Drums of War is a great song, but you can get that on their other cheaper release. Midnite Dynamite is worth a listen though.

From: Jonny_B Date: September 3, 2004 at 22:43
YIKES!!! Is that eBay tracker working right? That has to be a record as far as female-fronted albums go. Anyway, I don't think I'll be replacing my cd-r copy anytime soon. Bloody awesome rock album IMO. This is the same vocalist from Misslead, right? I can't tell the difference between the two groups.

From: JayAr Date: September 13, 2004 at 17:29
I got all their cd's! U can't find them in the record shop anymore because of the small production. By the way...I've been on a party with Trond Oien in one of my friends appartment. These people rock!! By the way, Tindrum is NOT TNT and viceversa!

From: JayAr Date: September 13, 2004 at 17:31
Yes it's the same vocalist from Misslead!

From: Dirk Date: December 23, 2004 at 17:04
Someone is selling the japanese cd of Trond Oien "Better than the real thing" right now on ebay germany. that was his solo-record released back in 1997.

From: Trond Oien Date: January 30, 2005 at 21:52
Hi Everybody! Thanx for all the great compliments on our music. Fuels a rockers heart to read stuff like that. To clear up a few things: Tindrum came about in 1988 when I met Diesel just while he was about to leave TNT. Coincidently we met doin' a tour with original TNT and soon to be Tindrum singer Dag Ingebrigtsen. We then hooked up with with Tove from MissLead who had just come off tour supporting TNT in Norway. Sid Ringsby (hi bro!) was the last one to join. To make the madness complete Sid

From: Trond Oien Date: January 30, 2005 at 21:59
has now joined TNT. Anyway, the reason Drums Of War is so rare is that it's OOP (Out Of Pressing) wich means that no new copies are being made. The reason for this is that our record label at the time went out of business. There have been talks about a rerelease but sadly nothing has happened so far. I hope it will someday though because no one should have to pay 200$ for a CD no matter how good it is. The fact that someone is willing to do that makes me humble.

From: mauricio Date: July 2, 2006 at 22:20

From: mauricio Date: July 2, 2006 at 22:20

From: Geoff Date: August 15, 2006 at 2:40
Oh... My... Christ. Are you serious? Is this seriously female fronted? F*ck me do I need to whip this out when I get home. I've been listening to it the whole time convinced it's the same singer as on 'How about this', who I could have sworn was a guy. is it? Wow, I'm gobsmacked here. Oh well, either way, this CD is excellent. Imagine TNT, I guess, with female vocals. :0 Stuff like 'Horoscope' will kick your ass. Great melodic rock with a TNT flavour.

From: masmusic Date: August 16, 2006 at 15:24
anyone out there able to burn me a copy, can't seem to locate a genuine copy anywhere! masmusic@canada.com

From: metalhead4life Date: September 9, 2006 at 20:07
Good melodic hard rock/metal. Good songs, vocals (if you like female and high pitched), and energy. Lots of catchy cool songs. Definitely don't think it's worth the $260 ebay price but worth picking up if you can find it reasonably or download it.

BRILLIANT 10/10.Superb stuff Tove voice great no only this album great album from Tove is "Misslead".

I read an interview with the drummer Diesel Dahl from Antenna Magazine and Diesel said this record may be re-released in 2008! (by MTM I guess). GREAT NEWS!

From: juan carlos Date: January 16, 2007 at 14:11
"Hello, The World Is Callin'" tambien de lo mejor. En "Horoscope" canta Tove?? lo dudo.. 9/10

Hi. Just found this site, and want to say thanks for all the nice comments! I'm not forgotten, and that makes me rather humble... Someone wondered what became of me after Tindrum, so: MissLead stopped touring in the early 90s, after touring in Russia. Then a small reunion with Tindrum. I actually stopped singing for a while, but am at it again. This time I do mostly Whitesnake music, together with som local friends... A lot of "bluesy" fun! All the best, Tove

From: adboimel Date: March 15, 2007 at 8:32
Hi Tove Tindrum and Misslead are two of my all time favorite female fronted cds. I would like to send you a few questions, please email me at adboimel@uol.com.br all the best, Adriano

Here is a nice video clip of the song "Drums Of War" from norwegian tv 1988: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=NOO4CAJY

From: West Of Sunset Date: August 30, 2007 at 7:42
Got this one as a reissue, this week. I saw it in the web and the cd is original, I don´t know if this is an official reedition or not, but the cd is perfect. The record company is the same as the original, but the backcover and the cd itself are different from the original (mine is a picture cd). One of the best scandinavian hard rock albums of all time. It sounds spectacular, not a bad song and a top notch production for an indie cd. It deserves a reissue by MTM with bonus. Would be great.

From: KurtmanJP Date: February 27, 2008 at 22:47
Interesting album. My favorite songs would have to be "Keep Running" and "Horoscope". "Rain" and "Midnight Dynamite" are also good songs. I agree with what Geoff said about the female singer. The vocals kinda reminded me of Geddy Lee when I first heard it!

From: YNGWIEVIKING Date: June 9, 2008 at 7:24
VERY GOOD 84/100 One the best NORWAY's POP METAL ever along with TNT/EVENRUDE/BLONDE ON BLONDE/SHA-BOOM etc.... if you find it ....BUY IT !

From: BIG-TIME Date: September 14, 2008 at 12:18
I didn't like this at first! you know a girl singer hmmm not really into them, but it just keeps getting better everytime I hear it. Got the Europe sound with a girl singer pure scandi rock though Im not into scandi that much (bit cheesy) but I really love this album now...KEEP ROCKIN ALL!!!

From: KurtmanJP Date: October 9, 2008 at 20:40
Now that I think about it, this sounds like a harder-rocking version of Toronto's "Girls' Night Out" album. Tove even sounds just like Holly Woods in places. My favorite right now is a tossup of "Midnite Dynamite" and "Horoscope".

From: masmusic Date: June 18, 2009 at 17:17
A copy just sold on eBay today for $335.00. someone has too much money! Is this disc really worth that much?

From: rick kerch vzla Date: February 15, 2010 at 19:25
I have the demo they released just before hittin' it with this one..."Midnight Dynamite" and "Drums Of War" are very solid songs rather than excellent ones...the album is ok and melodious and the vocals by Tove were right even though sometimes she seemed a little bit out of tune..no rating for me now as i don't have the complete album (just the demo as i said)..got to find this one, then i'll write a comment and i'll rate it..

From: masmusic Date: April 29, 2010 at 17:20
Just came upon a copy of this, wanted to see what all the hype was about. All I can say is what an overrated CD! This is not hard rock or even close, It is more pop than anything else. Two maybe 3 good songs, all the rest just filler! Glad I never waysted any good cash on this one 6/10

From: rick kerch vzla Date: May 23, 2010 at 17:15
Bought it finally!!...this is a nice album with catchy songs, probably with a better production should have sounded amazing!..."Drums Of War" excellent starter,"Horoscope" nice AOR,"Midnight Dynamite" very good,"Hello,The World Is Calling" is a solid rock song with a good chorus,a highlight of the album,"Miracle Of Love" has catchy sing along chorus and "Once Bitten Twice Shy" closes the album good, this one also rocks the house!.Probably not the best album ever in the history but quite pleasent to have anyway.85/100

From: Dr_Funk Date: March 31, 2012 at 13:08
Dammit, Tove is a monster! She's easily one of the best female vocalists. Hell, she's simply just one of the best vocalists. Period. I was definitely skeptical about this one, as I am with most high priced releases, but I was absolutely blown away. I immediately threw it on my iPod and took it to the streets; blasting my car stereo with the windows down. It may have been raining, but the world needs to rediscover this. If you can find it, and don't mind paying the price, but it. There are many boots out there, so be aware of that. Or, you can find a download on the internets.

From: 123charpenay Date: March 31, 2012 at 16:17
dr funk you are a good doctor.ok with you this record is one of the best scandi female aor record ever.a real jewel.on my futures auctions on e bay i will put this record in a very very very rare version.japan import non official with 5 bonus tracks (demos).

very good debut by TINDRUM but not in the same level as their explosive next one!the vocs arent so good and some of the songs are just ok!on the other hand TINDRUM when they re good they are VERY good!many great songs like "horoscope","midnite dynamite","rain" and "keep runnin"!worth buyin of course, but it could be better!

From: edwithmj Date: July 14, 2017 at 19:13
An excellent female-fronted slab of melodic rock. Horoscope, Midnite Dynamite, Rain (smooth ballad) and Keep Runnin' are my favourites on this one. The vocalist is so good, she almost sounds like Tony Harnell from TNT. The only drawback is the cover of Bad Company's Can't Get Enough (this was also covered by Drive, She Said on their Drivin' Wheel album, again, also a drawback). It seems as though no band is able to cover that song properly. Anyway, apart from the needless cover, this is highly recommended.

From: MaximusTundra Date: February 10, 2018 at 18:35
Ah! My favorite album from Tindrum! I just love these guys! Fantastic music aand what a beautiful, and talented singer Tove is too! One of the Norwegian female vocalist that I really like and just love period. I love the whole album but here are some of my highlights for this album "Drums Of War" "Horoscope" "Midnite Dynamite" "Once Bitten, Twice Shy" "Hello, The World Is Callin" "Stranger In Paradise" Once again, Fantastic! 😎
