Another classic from one of the best band's in history. Way above average.

From: Amy Redding Date: May 17, 2001 at 12:25
With each album Journey kept improving. This one is another hot item. Rollie's "Just The Same Way" is such a good tune.

I love Journey for sure, and got this record when I was 13 and I still think today its one of the best rock records of all times.

From: koogles Date: June 28, 2002 at 18:15
Better than half of this CD is classic Journey. Hearing "Just the Same Way" makes me think that, as good as Cain is, something left the band with Rollie.

Listen to sweet and simple: the perfect mixture of soul and rock n roll

From: James Date: October 18, 2002 at 14:57
I just can't believe i had never heard the song "Just The Same Way" before i bought this album, I think it is one of the better Journey songs, just love it. anymore like this i should know about? Your suggestions would be great. That being said, this album is good, not great, not bad but just good. Don't listen to often but do go back every now and again for another listen.

Yup just the same way for me just stands out with Rollie and Perry doing those wonderful duets I have to agree with Koogles something went when Gregg left the band, often wonder what would have happened if he had stuck around and continued doing those duets with Perry Guess we'll never know Eh!.

Empezaban a crecer!! temas como JUST THE SAME WAY, LOVIN', TOUCHIN' SQUEZIN'...empezaban a sonar en las emisoras U.s.a., con fuerza, ¿No es asi amigos Yankes?

From: Propane Date: December 2, 2004 at 20:27
I agree, Koogles. But this progression was exactly the positive kind of progression these guy could have had. Even without Rollie. Still a little light for me but I like it.

Wow, was listening to this gem on the train this morning. This must be possibly one of the best Journey releases (IMO of course). Perry's vocals blend perfectly with the melodic (slightly rawer) earlier sound of Journey and every song contains an inspired solo from Neal Schon, most notably 'Lovin you is easy' and 'Lady Luck', although all tracks here are awesome. Gregg Rolie also provides a great vocal on 'Just the Same Way'. This album is surpassed only by Escape in terms of song writing/musici

although I do not play this one much anymore, I wore out a few albums, tapes, and 8tracks on this one, but I must say this is a great album, much better then Infinity for me, and without a doubt, one of the strongest album sides ever!!!!! (side 1) Just flows nicely, a great one.
