I would rate them as below average in the heavy metal universe. What I want to know is, why don't they have any studio albums from the 80's and only this live CD?

just listen nowadays to the song "modern girl" which is good, but the lyrics are so out of date...i remember when i bought this one, and it's been more than 11 years ago...time goes fast....but listen to the lyrics ,... tomcat@dolfijn.nl

I bought this one years and years ago after I heard the song Please Come Back on Headbangers Ball and fell in love with it. Their cover of Jailbreak is pretty good, but I was disappointed after they followed up the first single Please Come Back with Modern Girl, a sub par song in my opinion.

Not bad, just got ahold of this one. I dont like track 1 at all, it sounds REALLY modern pop-punky (I know that sounds stupid since this came out before pop-punk even existed, but in comparison to the current musical climate of the world, this is what it sounds like... like songs on Hollyweird). The rest of them are average-to-good melodic rock, not a fantastic release, only get it if you're a completist (since the whole album is available these days), but it was a pleasant enough listen!

What we got here is 3/5th's of The Great Rough Cutt!!Goes to show how important band Chemistry is...without Paul Shortino and Chris Hagar this Blows...Maybe I'm not being Fair,But IMO this is just run of the mill sounding! I would like to see RC Regroup....

Decent hard rock EP, but just get the full length release if you really want to hear what these guys are capable of. 'Please come back' is a killer melodic rocker and 'Stand up' is a nice ballad. Elsewhere, pretty average here. I love the band but sold this once I got the full CD.

this band sounds a lot to me like Warrant!it's a pity they never released an LP back then.they should have been BIG!3 members from Rough Cutt plus a singer and a 2nd lead guitarist that kick ass, wow!!"Modern Girl" is classic!if someone thinks it sounds dated, than he should listen to Korn or Marilyn Manson,or who knows what the hell else...!80's kick ass rock.-

Is this their first album?.Pretty strange for a debut.Anyway good HR band ala Warrant and Ratt.

From: onemorecast Date: May 2, 2010 at 23:14
Saw the video for Modern Girl on Metal Mania the other night. The song was okay. I don't remember them from back in the day.

From: rick kerch vzla Date: February 4, 2011 at 13:05
yeah as i stated back in 2007...ala Warrant,Ratt,Herricane Alice and so on..."Please Come Back" far the best in here,"Modern Girl" ,"Jailbreak" the Thin Lizzy cover...was it necessary???,is just ok & "Stand Up" is a nice acoustic studio track..."Land Of Today"..a wrong starter,boring...the whole thing?.83/100
