i'm listening to this right now, it is heavier than past JH cd's. Still melodic, but i still like the past cd's more. but sure worth the listen. |

Wow....It really pains me to say that this disc is just average. I'm not sure what JH are REALLY trying to do here. The chorus's are hit and miss and that is not typical JH. I can't say it's because Bormann is gone since I really enjoyed "Helluva Time" and parts of "Sinister Mind". Fahlberg just doesn't sound good on this. He's so flat in parts of "Tonight" and just does less singing and more linear screaming in a bunch of it. The guitar is just.....ok. Good player in Ostros but he goes out of his way to NOT sound like "typical" hard rock that it just ends up sounding weird for a JH disc. "One Life, One Death" is good. Very good vocal harmonies. Not the JH I loved to crank. 82/100 |

Not AGREE !!!! HEAVY MELODIC EURO METAL with SWEDISH FLAVOR 82/100 I like very much and for me it's better than expected , and without a doubt the best album they released since the M.BORMANN departure ! Even if i don't see TOO much musical link between the new & old JADED HEART ,this is a very enjoyable disc full of good -yet HEAVIER-melodic songs with some great musical performances . The vocals are the best so far by Mr FAHLBERG and with the help from Eric MARTENSSON-ECLIPSE/WET- the backing vocals are very rich & powerful ! Another FAMOUS guest is Mr VINNIE MOORE in the Last track "exterminated" The prod is AMAZING ,and it's a worth checking, "little album" At least we are agree on the rating |

More or less in the same line of the Sinister Mind album but not as consistent as the one mentioned..The Intro is pretty funny but kinda nasty with that sexy voice..then "Love Is A Killer" which is undoubtebly a good starter,"Fly Away","Freedom Call","Rising","Hell Is Just Arriving" and so on...as usual Jaded Heart has become a must band and of course all the listeners of their stuff are gonna be pending in each record they release specially now that they have a new man on the mic!.Let's see if Mr Fahlberg can handle well the place that once was Bormann's..time will tell...86/100 |

I agree with a few thoughts already expressed here. Another good, solid and very hard rocking CD, but not quite as good as 'Helluva Time' or 'Sinister mind'. The funny thing is, I think this one is actually a little more consistent than both of them - every song here is good and there are no plain fillers, but the best songs aren't as good as the best tracks on the last two CDs. Still, nothing to complain about here. Very good CD and definitely recommended for fans of post-Bormann Jaded Heart. |

Not into that one at All, 4 tracks cd only, Sinister Mind add about 6. Keep on making a cd a year and that's what happen. Heavy, I can live with that, but not that melodic like we are use to by the band. Quality lack in the writing. Maybe just me not into that kinda mood. |

While I agree that this doesn't have that one outstanding killer track that the previous two albums had (Paid My Dues, Sinister Mind) This album to me is much more consistant from start to finish. I'd compare the effort/quality to that of Pink Cream 69's Sonic Dynamite. The first six songs (Tracks 2 thru 7) are all very good, the clear highlights being 'Love Is A Killer', 'Fly Away' and 'Tonight'. 'Hell Just Arrived' is another worthy rocker and 'Come to the Feast' reminds me of something Axel Rudi Pell could have written for the band. All in all a very solid, consistent album with 8 songs I really like. I may be the odd one out when it comes to Jaded Heart though, because I could never get into the Bormann era stuff as much, and I rate JH's last three CDs above all else before them. This album may just be my favorite. |

Just wanted to add -- if there is one thing to complain about here, it's the drums getting buried in the mix. They sound too soft and lack bite (they're not crisp/sharp) |

very good release for JADED HEART ,that could be even better with a stronger commercial edge in some songs like the old days ,but....anyway the band seems in great condition ,very solid and offers a great heavy hard performance with many melodic hooks!"love is a killer","fly away","one life one death" are the standout songs!recommended |
