|David Zaffiro was the lead guitarist for Bloodgood - a Christian heavy metal band. David's solo work takes on a different direction - melodic hard rock. This is a great album worth every penny as are all of his solo albums. One song seems to flow nicely into the next with great music song after song

|This cat can make his guitar sing as fine as any other player on the planet! "Blue Ice" is my favorite but all score an A grade. This collection has a beautiful continuity which allows each song to be a treat in itself. When this guy puts thought into his solo's they run the gauntlet of elements comprising great guitar. Buy it if you can find it!

|Leafinator and Brian above say it all. You must add this to your Zaffiro collection.

|This is my favorite Zaffiro album. It flows better than his first release. Holy Soldier's lead singer guests on this album. The guitar work is pollished. Best tracks are 'He's Lying To Ya', 'In Scarlet Storm' and 'Blue Ice'. It is still not as good as his days with Bloodgood.

|This album is excellent. I have played it over and over and over. Purchased it new, and still a favorite after 14 years. I've purchased all his albums, and wish he was doing more.

|I think it's the first time I listen to this one but I did buy it 5/6 years ago???Great album, better than"Surrender absolute"(it's the only D.Zaffiro's material I do have).I am agree with men about David's voice....9/10 indeed!

|By far the best Zaffiro solo release....the former Bloodgood guitarist cranks on this one. I am not fond of the two releases after this one but get the first one and this one. 91/100

|A good album but a bit less consistent than his previews one IMO...some goodies in here are "Through His Eyes","In Scarlet Storm","Blue Ice"(good instrumental track),"The Song" & "I Give This Life To You"...if you don't know this CCM artist well is time 4 you to get to know him ...80/100
