| Very good soft AOR with a touch of westcoast. Hart is a great singer. Sang in Distance and later in Bad Company.

| i heard Robert's voice for the first time, with Distance in 87, on soundtrack to movie called ''BURGLAR'' He has great voice, and this album is not dissapoiting at all.I'd say that his second album is even better.A must have for any touchy,westcoast AOR. My kind of AOR

| As it's been said already, an awesome soft AOR in all senses: a touching voice, moving composition, sensible lyrics and excellent production. A must have, definitely, one of the pieces. @Robert: Es cojonudo.

| This for me is the better of his solo releases as the songs are a little stronger. Super voice that is bang on form here!

| Good AOR album, claro que si un buen album de AOR tranquilo pero con clase, muy a lo Richard Marx, ahora lo mio los cortes White Lies and Promises, Heart, Dear Mary, Cries and Whispers sin duda los 4 mejores cortes ya saben de lo que hablo muchachos, y One to One que tambien esta bueno, el resto bajan a comparacion de los mencionados pero en si un buen album, esos 4 mencionados sin duda los que mas gustaran. saludos del Ave Fenix.

| A nice album, Robert Hart got a big help from Go West's guitarist Richard Drummie on the album. Also R. Drummie helped him before Check out the Distance "Under The One Sky" album Track 9 Every Time I Stand Up. Lyric have written by R. Drummie. And also L.A. Musicans helped him too. John Robinson(Drums), Michael Landau(Guitar), Nathan East(Bass), Jeff Bova, Aaron Zigman (Keyboards), Peter Cox(BV), Dave West(Percussion), Larry Williams (Saxophone)..etc.

| Buen disco,pero si hay algo que me pude y por algo le puse un 90/100 son las maravillosas canciones llamadas "A Little Love Is Overdue","Heart" y "White Lies and Promises", buen disco

| Great debut album by Robert Hart(i bought it on vinyl when it came out!)!!!...this is the type of albums that you can easily listen while driving at night in an empty highway ....subtle songs but with the strenght needed to be considered appealing to AOR at heart fans(this album has some of it but it mostly covers Westcoast/Lite AOR songs)...best tracks for me are "White Lies And Promises"(beautiful),"Heart","Cries And Whispers","A Little Love Is Overdue" & "This Has Got To Be Love"...wonderful if you get a hold of this album!!!...92/100
