This one of the best hard rock bands from Finland.(the vocalist is not from Finland?).Their first 2 LPs from 1987 and 1989 have been re-released as CDs,it's a pity that they don't re-release stuff that has been released on CD here, even though they are megarare. Like their 3rd album Raw Deal from 1991.

This CD has quickly become 1 of my faves since being turned onto it by a friend (thanks King!).Hard rock from Finland that includes a few blues influenced songs, some straight ahead hard rockers,& a few tunes like the opener "Out of Bounds" that could be considered "hair band anthems".Singer's voice reminds me of Paul Stanley quite a bit at times here.My faves are "Out of Bounds","Rain","Done Doin' You Right" & "Party Party".U can find this 1 cheap on Amazon.com,& I think it's well worth grabbing

Gringos locos means in spanish "Crazy inmigrants". Gringos is a word used in other times for the english speaking people who came to latinamerica, it comes from the words "green" and "grass". lhgordo@yahoo.com

Wonderful album!..quite liked it!...especially because it has hints of the old Uria Heep,Magnum (U.K.),Grand Prix and Whitesnake stuff..."Out Of Bounds" opens the album,it rocks!,"Straight To Your Heart" & "Living On Borrowed Time" both have that "vintage sound" remarkably..."Rain" nice,"Livin' In Your Lovin' Light" is a high"light","Punch Drunk" & "Tunnel Vision" both catchy numbers,"Done Doin'You Right" is another highlight number,"Jean Jinx Jane" has a lovely funky feel,"Party Party" rocks rocks "Guitarslinger's Blues" a nice blues track and the live bonus "Mean Rock n' Roller" says it all...we are mean rockers!!!...yeah!...if u wanna something different from the land of Hanoi Rocks then try Gringos Locos!.88/100 ..(by the way Lucas' comment about the band's name is quite accurate!))
