Great albums from those German melodick rock ''HEROES''. Tunes are great, as always i don't like the vocal, but who cares. Someone to love is y fav track. 8/10

From: ROB GARCIA Date: April 12, 2004 at 9:53
frontline brings us another showcase of high quality german aor that very few can match! and that's pretty much what you get here...aor tunes destined to be up there with the best.go buy this 'cause this is one of the reasons why we love our music so much.i think that explains it all!!doesn't it!?.

From: Rockhead Date: April 12, 2004 at 17:48
The German Journey-or so they wish!! An excellent set of Journeyesque tunes with a strong production, great guitar and some fine Perryisma in the vocals. If you like melodic rock -you'll like this. Heroes 2 is also an excellent release. The albums Almost unreleased and Right Attitude feature I believe all of the tracks on this release in remastered form.

From: Rycheage Date: April 13, 2004 at 22:04
The songs are some of the best melodic hard rock to have ventured out of Germany. The opening pair of 'Our Love' and the title track 'Heroes' are sensational, and perhaps best reflect their intention. What more can I say, probably one of the most essential bands in AOR currently in operation.

From: Geoff Date: August 3, 2004 at 23:20
Another truly perfect collection of melodic hard rock songs. That's all I can say about this one - just perfect.

From: Geoff Date: September 14, 2005 at 22:32
Okay, so this one deserves a little more in addition to what I originally said... 'Our Love', 'Someone To Love', 'Sign Of The Light', 'I Must Be Dreaming' (especially), 'All I Wanted' and 'Tonight We Set' contain riffs of a quality you will not hear elsewhere, and the melodies, structure... it's simply how melodic rock should sound. 'Break my heart again' is stunner, as is the other lovely ballad 'Get to you'. Overall, this is simply how I believe melodic rock would sound in a perfect land.

Coincido contigo, Juan Carlos!

I don't like Frontline much. Something which hasn't made me popular with others on H.H. And the reason? Listening to decent & unremarkable albums like "Against the World" or "7th Sign" knowing they CAN make albums of the quality of "Heroes". Aside from their debut, it's the only time they've crossed into AOR territory, & they hit the jackpot. A lush sound, layers of keys & harmonies, & containing the 2 best ever Frontline tunes (tracks 4&9). The only truly essential Frontline CD IMHO. 9/10.

From: Carlos A. Date: February 9, 2007 at 13:13

From: coverdale14 Date: August 7, 2007 at 12:29
ESTE DISCO ES IMPRESIONANTE, PARA MI JUNTO CON EL STATE OF ROCK LOS MEJORES. OUR LOVE ABRE CON GRAN MAESTRIA AOR EN ESPLENDOR,HEROES DE LA MISMA MANERA QUE FINEZA DE AOR,MOVING CLOSER UN POCO MAS DE SOFT PERO SIN OLVIDAR EL A0R DE LOS 80'S,BREAK MY HEART AGAIN ES ESPLENDIDA DE MIS FAVORITAS,Y ASI TRANSCURRE EL DISCO DESPLEGANDO UN AOR DE CATEGORIA.LARGA VIDA A LOS FRONTLINE Y LARGA VIDA AL HARD-AOR.

As i have written in other reviews of Frontline's albums...this band hardly ever or to say the truth "NEVER" has released an average or bad album whatsoever!!!(well this is my personal appreciation)..is amazing the range of composition these german fellows have...tracks 1,2,5,6,7,9 & 12 are simply pieces of Melodic Rock/Hard AOR that hopefully will transfer beyond the times because of the quality they have...highly recommended...91/100

From: AORules Date: February 20, 2012 at 22:10
"My love for The Beatles will never Die. Later, it was Journey with "Wheels in the Sky". Like as "Juke Box Hero" I felt with(like) Lou Gramm, while TOTO would be telling me to "Hold the Line" again"... My Heroes Survive, My Heroes will never Die.. wow that's a Statement of principles. i agree with The AOR Master and HaremScarem's opinions 95/100

Totally agree with the comments of The AOR Gods : Rob Garcia, Rycheage, Geoff & Rick and of course with The Immortal Warrior.
