If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.

The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Accept CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from Accept are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

1995 was well into a dark and painful era in music for me. Alternative was dominating the airwaves and melodic rock and old school metal were nowhere to be found. I learned to get a lot of mileage out of the stuff I had, but this blast from the past was just what I needed. The boys were back and with some of their best material ever. Very heavy and even lengthy, this (and a few others)was like a shining beacon in that cold black time. I can only speak for myself but 'Like A Loaded Gun'? WOW!

Far and away the heaviest Accept ever and by all means the best post-Metal Heart album.

THIS IS A POWERHOUSE ALBUM A GOOD FOLLOW UP TO THERE PRIEVOUIS WORK

Very Heavy !------This album bleeds Metal...Few bands can deliver the goods like these guys could. The only complaint is the lack of the twin-guitar attack that made these guys so deadly for years. 10/10

I dont agree with you guys. This is not my favorite ACCEPT album. This doesnt sound like the cool ACCEPT from the past and the songs are not very strong and sometimes its sound just to dark for ACCEPT. Anyway, its just my opinion.

From: Fat Freddy Date: January 2, 2004 at 15:52
I dunno about this one... with Wolf Hoffman doing all the guitar work himself, Accept just didn't sound quite right (Accept need the twin-guitar sound!) The title track, 'Like A Loaded Gun,' and 'Stone Evil' are pretty cool, but there are few too many filler tracks mixed in here. You can pretty much tell the end was near for Accept by this time.

I didn't find that this album had a whole lot of catchy songs. It was ok, but I found that it was more like going through the motions of doing an Accept album. I thought the lyrics we kinda dumb as well, like they were really running out of things to write about. Its really hard sometimes for these bands to re-create the magic of days gone past, but you got to give it to them for trying. I wouldn't hold it against them as a band.

This one certainly is an updated sound for the German rockers. I like it, it is VERY heavy by anyone's standards. It takes a while to grow on you. Funny how Accept got heavy at that time while Metallica softened up! Anyway, a worthy addition for the Accept fan. Oddly, I really enjoy 'Writing on the Wall' and 'Pomp and Circumstance' off this one.

I knew I should just leave it alone, but there it sat for something like $3.00 and I had to bite. Of course, I sold it and was not impressed, but I should have known that would be the case. Again, it's decent solid hard rock / metal, but the vocals are just a taste I will NEVER be able to aquire.
