If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.

The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular City Boy CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from City Boy are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

The main reason I purchased this was the involvement of Slamer and Lange. I was not expecting much, but this is a pretty good pomp album that already shows Lange with his trademark sound in places. This also reminds me at times of New England. What is this band's best album? 7/10

I like these guys a lot and this is one of the best releases of theirs. Pomp rock for sure and not everyone's taste, but very good if you are into those types of bands from the 70's.

As i said with the City Boy's album "Dinner at the Ritz" only suiteable 4 old school aor fans and also to know where the famous producer John"Mutt"Lange comes from. The songs?aor, aor, aor!!!.

Listening to this classic album once again...well for fans of ELO,The Sweet,Slade & Angel(less pomp obviously)then City Boy can be your cup of tea guys...ah!,vocally is like a mix of The Beatles & Air Supply ...some good shots in here are tracks 1,4(nice),5,7,8 & 10...."Dangerous Ground" for me is the best cut...enjoyable...80/100

Can't believe the low rating. This is imo a fantastic album that has been with me for many, many years. Solid album that's it! 92/100
