If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.

The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Silent Witness CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. EPs and CD-singles from Silent Witness are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

In my opinion this is one of the best releases of the last 4 years. A mix within Dokken, early Bon jovi and Hardline. The singer remind me a little Tery Ilous from XYZ. I crave a new release from this band. Voices said that that new singer ,chosen for the new cd, will be Chali Cayte from Tour the force. Will It ever see the light? In Europe Thrills was out in 1998.

HUGE disappointment compared to the first one. Singer isn't close to Robert Mason. Songs don't come close, and the production is pretty poor, too. They said they were going for a rawer type sound, but it just sounds poorly produced to me. Get the first one if you want to know what they're capable of.

What do you expect MelodicBoy?, there is no-one as good as Mason?

From: TIM Date: October 11, 2002 at 9:46
No offence David, there are some better IMHO.

Every time I listen to this cd I can't help but think this is such a backward step from their brilliant debut album. Alright, there is no Robert Mason but still, this disc has a very thin production and what happened to the natural musical chemistry between the band?? They really had something going for them on their first album. I was really disappointed with this effort, and I hope they pick it up again on their long awaited new album. 6/10.

From: Rycheage Date: June 23, 2003 at 19:01
I think anyone that bought the debut Silent Witness album will see an improvement here. The songs are more consistent and the production is also more even. Not bad considering it was self produced. The loss of singer Robert Mason is more than compensated for in new boy Anthony Lee Fontayne. His voice is not unsimilar to Mason's and suits the tunes included here. Overall a good follow up to the debut and good cover art too!

From: Date: December 4, 2003 at 2:56
Have to disagree with the above review. The tunes aren't as good as on the debut, the production is a lot worse, and the new singer isn't close to Robert Mason. Maybe you think the liner notes are better? I loved the first one, but this one doesn't do anything for me.

From: Geoff Date: September 6, 2004 at 2:53
A couple of different opinions above and I see clearly both sides here. On one hand, I prefer the more melodic debut with Robert Mason's amazing voice, but on the other hand I also appreciate the fact that this is a more 'mature' effort, and whether I like it or not, I think the songs are better here - I just personally prefer the debut's songs. Clear as dogshit? Awesome. That said, there is a song called 'All she had was the radio', so 10/10 for that and 'Somebody beat me' is killer too!

From: Border Rat Date: September 6, 2004 at 19:55
This band just like LYNCH MOB had 2 vocalists and just like LYNCH MOB 2 excellent vocalists.ANTHONY FONTAYNE sounds a little like ROBERT MASON on the debut. The songs on this cd have a harder edge and that is good.SOMEBODY BEAT ME TO THE PUNCH is outstanding and is like being in a ring with a heavy weight boxer who PUNCHES your ears into submission with this track. One winged angel is a great ballad.Thunder & lightning, blood is,..radio & playin'with.. are also great songs which deserve a mention.

From: Rockbabe Date: April 16, 2005 at 14:45
A good friend of mine just bought this album for me and I love it! 1000 times forever and Without You are outstanding songs.

From: crazynights Date: August 25, 2008 at 14:53
this is a masterpiece I love it great songs like Run tto the night, shipwrecked and somebody beat me to the punch. Why they don't pubblished their third album? what a waste of talent.

From: mr.shoemaker Date: June 3, 2022 at 11:52
Good Hardrock. A bit BATON ROUGE here, some VAN HALEN there, a slice of WINGER and .. One winged angel, great ballad.
