The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Good CD. Has all the elements. Outta Bounds and Don't Let It Get You Down are the standout tracks. Picked this up because Doug Kahan was in another band called Flash Kahan that I enjoyed. Not really heavy, but more AOR as stated, but really enjoyable.

Groove-conscious AOR that is the worse for it. Similar to Regatta or The Works who tried to do the same thing. DC Drive only gets out of 2nd gear on the catchy "You Need Love" and the mid-tempo masterpiece "All I Want".

Dull, easy listening type stuff. How many guys are in this band anyway?

Great Cd from a great Detroit Band. I would recommend to anyone one who loves American heartland rock n' roll.

From: Tjslix Date: January 16, 2004 at 20:49
the cd is great but it sucks through that they did not put (GET UP AND DANCE) on the cd

From: Rycheage Date: March 13, 2004 at 22:44
Starting out with 'Streetgirl Named Desire', it's a groove laden melodic rocker, with smooth bass lines and some funky sax through the middle, which compliments the song. 'You Need Love' has a cool underlying theme, again high on the groove factor. 'Obsession' is a slower piece, which twists and turns along melodic rock boulevard, it's followed by the effortless AOR style of 'All I Want' which is beautifully done.

This is good stuff! I found this cd brand new for 7.99 at the cd store Coconuts. Now that I take a look at it, it's pretty rare. I got it in oct. 2003. I had no idea who these guys were but they sure are great. Clean music!

This band were previously known as Adrenalin.Did the classic song "Road Of The Gypsy" which featured in the film "iron Eagle".

All round, an excellent album, worthy of thorough investigation by all you AORsters out there.

From: Geoff Date: March 2, 2005 at 5:29
I think there were a couple of tunes here I liked and overall it is a decent effort, but again you're looking at pretty standard stuff here.

From: Rafo Phoenix Date: April 8, 2005 at 22:08

From: Rafo Phoenix Date: October 2, 2006 at 12:17

From: z4roxx Date: April 24, 2007 at 13:29

Another that you have to be in the mood for or it may be too lite. There are some decent tracks but overall it seems a little too average.
