A one solo album project by some members of canadian Prog masters Saga  ...not a big deal musically talking but still pleasant enough to say that is a "good" record...my faves are tracks 1,6,7,8(nice),9,10(nice softy)& 11(a good extended version of this appearly "hit single" of the band back then)...to say that this is completely Hi-Tech is not correct i believe is more of semi-progressive record with some hints of AOR...80/100
