Este disco iba a ser el nuevo de Bonfire después de que se fuera Claus. Ellos iban a seguir como Bonfire y Claus formó Zille/Lessmann con Hans Ziller. Ficharon a Michael Bormann, pero con el grunge o lo que sea, ninguna compañía quiso ficharles. Supongo, que siendo el discazo que es, Michael y Angel decidieron editarlo más tarde, aunque sólo en Japón. Me parece un disco buenísimo. Como dice el Primero, Call my name and I`ll be there.

What a great CD this one is. 'Call my name' and the great 'You're my home' are two killer tracks and the rest is great too. I believe it is 'Love will open the door' is probably my fave of the lot. Great song, great album. Both the guys on this one are magicians!

IMO this is best thing Bormann's ever sung. Way more melodic than both Jaded Hearts latest stuff, & the 2nd Charade disc. Some great tunes, tracks 6,7 & 8 are awesome MHR, but this is a quality disc from start to finish. The production's far from perfect, but this album is pure class. 8.5/10.

hi-from COSTA RICA,este es otro discazo muy obligatorio a tener en cualquier coleccion,en el cual pongo en manifiesto la gran calidad e interpretacion del rock melodico aleman.DISCAZO por parte del gran guitarrista ANGEL SCHLEIFER y el cantante MICHAEL BORMANN,asi es lo mejor de las bandas BONFIRE & JADED HEART combinadas en una sola da vida a la banda CHARADE dando la luz a este magnifico potente disco que a la postre pudo haber sido el siguiente album de BONFIRE para 1994 despues de la partida

de CLAUS,pero yo me pregunto de donde sacaria MICHAEL BORMANN el tiempo para poderse acoplar con JADED HEART ya que el debut de JADED HEART sale en el 94.y todas las dificultades que hubieron para lanzar al mercado esta melodica joya de kilates y que quedara congelado hasta nuevo aviso,siendo editado solo para japon en el 98 y el que queria conseguirlo esa era la unica manera de tenerlo.tremendo de principio a fin sin palabras para describirlo,como comento alguien arriba brillante mezcla entre

BON JOVI / BONFIRE.en fin que decir de la inicial CALL MY NAME,and ill be there. poderoso bombazo rockero,para mi una de las mejores del disco y que decir de los coros y que manera de MICHAEL BORMANN para cantar,hasta el pendejo de JON BON JOVI soñaria con cantar asi.YOU RE MY HOME es otro temazo de calidad por su melodica estructura,la acustica de HEART TO HEART,la corrosiva de ANGEL IN HELL,la flamante WHISPER IN THE WIND con unos teclados de fondo y que decir la preciosa acustica de CAROLINE

aqui se lucio MICHAEL BORMANN mejor que nunca la mejor balada del disco.WAITING FOR LOVE te hara recordar a BONFIRE del FIREWORKS escucha y notaras eso.LOVE WILL OPEN THE DOOR otro de los grandes cortes de un discazo,dando paso a BAD BOYS y para dar respiro a la final de HEAVEN todo un disco lleno de MAGIA asi es son los 42:13 min de rock melodico.y busca el tuyo. These guys aren't putting on a charade--they're the real deal when it comes to high-quality melodic hard rock, but what else would you expect from ex-Bonfire members and the awesome Michael Bormann on lead vox? The production isn't up to the "big budget" standards of Jaded Heart, but it's perfectly passable and polished enough to let the great hooks and powerful choruses come shining through. No tricks here, folks...just about any lover of melodic hard rock needs to get their hands on this one.

Do you like Jaded Heart, Rain, or Bonfire? Then this one is a no brainer for you, as it encompases elements of them all with Bormann's killer vocals. Excellent riffs, nice melodies, big hooks, and massive choruses are the norm through out the album. The production could have been a little better, but it's not bad at all. Very well crafted melodic rock album and one I'm sure you'll enjoy if you have enjoyed Bormann's previous efforts. Very recomended stuff!

Very Good Melodic Hard Rock, eso Melodic Hard Rock no Hard Rock como esta categorizado no confundir las papas con el camote, canciones Whisper in the Wind(el mejor corte la estrella del album por el estilo y atmosfera), Call My Name, Waitin' For Love, Caroline, Love Will Open the Door los mejores cortes por el estilo que tienen, no sera un Gran album ya que a los demas cortes les falta algo para elevar el album por mi parte no pasa del 8.5/10

Grandioso Melodic Rock o Hard Rock melodico. Bueno, si esto hiba a ser un disco de BONFIRE, pues personalmente creo que hubiese sido el mejor de ellos, con la super voz de Michael Bornmann en temazos como la lenta y preciosa "Heart To Heart", la emocionante "Call My Name" y "You´re My Home" y ademas con esas guitarras vibrantes y esas composiciones plenas del mejor Hard melodico alemán pues que quieres que te diga... si lo tuyo es JADED HEART y BONFIRE pues te lo recomiendo totalmente

average and boring. The weakest effort by Bormann, same goes for Charade II. Totally not worth the 15 euros I paid for both the 2 in 1 package.

Mr Bormann was my fave singer ever! "CAROLINE" & "HEAVEN" are one of missing great rock ballads that we never known before...maybe not great cd at all, but has a superb ballads here...my rate 8/10

fantastic release by CHARADE,i think that this was going to be te next bonfire album with angel on board.anyway this one is top class hard rock music with great songs and excellent guitar by angel!my favs are "waitin for love" ,"whisper in the wind" and "angel in hell" with the valuable help of mr plunkett!must have

a project with the jaded heart s singer and the bonfire s guitarist?hum that smell good!!!finally a decent record not more.this cd has his moments ,two big fillers (tracks 6.10)a beautiful ballad (track 3),a super hard rock song (track 2)and the rest is some greats melodic rock songs ,not more.for me a deception this album is absoluty not at the level of redrum(fantastic),jaded heart or bonfire s records.no bonus track on the japan import.i am surprised by others comments.friends listen to redrum ,you will understand.
