Some great tunes and some good tunes on this one. Overall very good melodic hard rock. If you were listening to newer House Of Lords and making a mix of music for the day these guys would fit nicely. Close Your Eyes is the killer rockin' track off this one. Other great tunes I Will Wait, You, Set Me Free, Not In Paradise (though I don't like the very ending that much). These guys seem to capture the cold, empty, loneliness of the big city on a dark and damp night...at least that is what I get with most of the tunes here. Good stuff. |

first thanxxxxxx to dan.hum i am not really agree with jeff and rafo phoenix..i think that one half of this record is excellent (big jaded heart influence)(super sound amazing production) on tracks 1.2.4.6.7....for the rest the super sound is always here but the songs are average.track 3 is an aor song with a very poor choruse track 5 is a little weird track 8 9 have also a poor choruse on track 10 dougie white is a decent singer not more.and the bonus track (11))is a cover of track 9 and have absoluty no interest. |

It never fails to blow my mind how masterpieces like this and First Night go completely ignored while being 2 of the greatest pure melodic rock albums in history, if you claim you like melodic rock, dont be a retard, get this, just trust me. |
