Very Good Hard Rock! 1989 nuff said! Broken Mirror, Meantime, Shadows, Blackbird, Down & Lay Me Down my Super favs! Reminds me to 2 of my fav. bands of all times Tesla and The Cult (Style/Voice) then... 85/100.

I have a Bootleg version with the original cover art & working title of "One Night Only" (same songs). They formed in 1987 when singer Steven Ray Anastos (CITY SLICK) joined up with Mark Crowley (g), Ronny Jones (g) & Al DeSilva (d) form AIRCRAFT. They sent a Demo out to some labels without interest & parted with Mark & Al who were replaced by John Grimmett (b) & Dave Casey (d). They sent out some more Demos & finally got signed by Atlantic (no idea how) & had Beau Hill produce the LP which was supposed to be released in 1990. It got shelved before seeing the light of day (for whatever reasons)& was one of those cases where I felt the label had made the right decision. While the talent was there, this material was very generic & just dragged along throughout most of the songs (and even the better ones were just average). They sounded like a much more melodic & generic version of early BON JOVI, THE CULT, TESLA, & BILLY IDOL. This wouldn't have made it in 1990 let alone 2001. AVERAGE.

I've been looking on Ebay for a long time for this CD. I don't know if it was ever officially released and I'm looking for it. Can anyone help me out or willing to sell me your CD or Album? A great band and great release...The should have been huge if it wasn't for the crash of Hair Metal which I wouldn't categorize this as 80's Hair Meta. For the record I love the 80's hard rock hair metal so it's not a knock on the band.
