A well-intended demo, but the frustratingly poor production values don't exactly inspire repeat listens. The cover art takes on a disturbing tone in light of 09/11/2001.

best produced than the first album but with worse songs(they,re great).an excellent album

Great cd,great songwriting and better produced than "Dogs" With winner songs like "Anisha" "Man Alive""The Only Ones" "Missing you".... IMHO the best Bone Machine cd

Love this cd, fantastic, it's a journey, the music is very emotional. Happy one minute with man alive and Anisha and very sad with songs like deep inside and shadows. One of teds most underated moments, A friend of mine who is into progressive metal loved this, because of the passion and emotion in the songs and vocals and mood changes. A must have.

OK...This CD was released in 1996. Does anyone find the cover a little familiar looking even though that happened 5 years later?

ted reform bone machine missing you, what a song, pure melodic bliss, even though the production is poor, the songs are the cd's strength an truely inspires repeated listens in me. The there is mrs frankenstien, just superb!

A better production job that the first CD, which didn't really faze me then so certainly does not now, but the songs are a little weaker. Still, a few gems like 'Anisha' and 'Mrs Frankenstien' (re-done). Once again, overall a great CD with great vocals... but I prefer the debut.

Easily the best stuff Ted has done apart from Danger Danger (of course)!!

From: Max Date: December 10, 2004 at 19:10
That cover, for obvious reasons is very disturbing.

From: Big Mike Date: February 17, 2005 at 11:45
some good songs, better production than the first and heavier too. worth a listen

From: Aussie Dave Date: March 10, 2005 at 1:31
A little bit more polished than their first album. This one sounds a bit better, and has better songs. Not a bad track on here, with Mr.Frankenstein and Missing You reworked. Pity these guys weren't on a label. These songs deserve a better sound quality than what they have here. Even still, a very good album and i hope that Ted can produce stuff like this again. Definitely worth buying. 9/10....

Max, I had never seen this cover before, but I think I agree with you. Don't blame the band. Not really their fault. Liked the first album a bunch. Might need to check this one out too.

From: hair metal again Date: July 31, 2016 at 16:05
fine release by BONEMACHINE ,that could be much better if there were less songs(fillers)!"annisha","mrs frankenstein","lately' and " missing you are gemsand overall this is pretty cool

From: gooup Date: January 31, 2022 at 17:19
Damn, Mrs. Frankenstein is hauntingly stunning. I do, however, rather the version on Dogs.
