Cool guitar work on this one and 21st Century is the best song on the album. Another VINTAGE WINE. |

Good album--"Before The Dawn" and "I Like To Rock" are the best cuts. Nice production! |
From: Gary Boole | Date: July 22, 2001 at 21:03 |
This album is a must have for any rock fan. Brian Greenway does vocals on Before the Dawn and the old King Krimson song 21st Century Schizoid Man. Not a bad song on this album and one of their best. Myles Goodwyn was at his peak as far as songwriting is concerned during this period. This band should have become as big as Styx or Foreigner. |

Most of thier albums were kinda hit or miss, but this one totally rocks! Not a lame song on it. April Wine at their best! |

From: Reno | Date: July 24, 2002 at 2:34 |
Looks like it's possibly a 66-67 Chevelle. |

I got this CD, and it's one of their best. 'Better Do It Well' is the top song on the album, but who can forget 'I Like To Rock'!! |
From: Doug | Date: April 2, 2003 at 22:12 |
One of their best efforts, probably behind " Nature of the Beast" ans "Powerplay". " I Like To Rock" and "Before The Dawn" are my favorites. The rest of album is pretty soilid. |

Gar is right on - this LP is easily their best. "Harder...Faster" is exactly right! NO weak tracks on this release AT ALL!! Check out the vocal harmonies on "Say Hello" - OUTSTANDING!!! |

This is the album that got me hooked on 'em! Every song is GREAT! Never understood why this didn't go to #1! Heavy guitars, tight harmonies, tasteful lyrics. Just GREAT music. CLASSIC! |

The best thing of April W. Never in the future they made better songs, this is one of the four albums edited in México, the others never saw the ligh in this country, isn't a shame? |
From: Propane | Date: December 3, 2004 at 18:15 |
Better than the last. Marvelous propensity to wield that axe with the best of 'em and the lyrical content is absolute. |
From: rene | Date: December 18, 2005 at 15:08 |
My fave tracks on this cd are BEFORE THE DAWN, BABES IN ARMS and I LIKE TO ROCK. Classics in my opinion that any hard rock fan would love to have in their collection. |
From: Remastered Reason | Date: January 15, 2006 at 1:20 |
Wow, what do we have here? A little short on material but better to have the quality that is present rather than filler, which is barely noticable here. Essential listening for any fan of April Wine. |
