This one is better than you would think. IT ROCKS!! Some really cool songs on this one. |

An average album by this great Canadian band. The one before this, Attitude, is much better. The label that both Frigate and Attitude are on has now folded. Fre Records so if you see either on CD, best to get them as they are no longer being printed. |

Gary is right- Attitude is alot better, it is a must for the hard rock fan. this one has some pretty good stuff on it but it could have been much better. Still, it is great to hear these guys instead of the rock GARBAGE we've had to endure since the early 90's. Great band, nice guys too, they were awesome live in 97, and very gracious after the show, I'll never forget their hospitality. I wish them all the best, one of my all time favorite bands. Looking forward to the next release!!! 7.5! |

Kind of a bland release from these veterans. "Attitude" was far superior. This one has a couple of average cover songs, a remake of their earlier "Tonite is a wonderful Time...", but the rest is just filler. Sounds like rejects from "Attitude". |

This is a pretty good album, not there best but not there worst. "Look Into The Sun" is goo hard rocker! Tracks # 3, 7 & 9 I think really highlight Myles Vocal talent. One of the best and most under rated rock vocalists out there! |
From: Metal Pete | Date: March 24, 2004 at 19:03 |
This one stinks. For collectors only. Track 1 and 4 (the tenth remake of that song?) are okay. Where oh where are you, April Wine? Methinks thou dost need to go back and listen to 'Nature of Beast' 100 times in a row before releasing another record! |

Pretty weak effort from these hard rock veterans. Not what we've come to know from these guys. I would suggest almost any other CD than this. Very bland. |

A better title for this cd may have been "Bland Wine". Hardly any hard rock attitude on this one. Nothing intersting at all except to hear the remake of "Tonite is a Wonderful Time to Fall in Love", which is not better than the origianl. Wow, that's a surprise. This would have been better suited as a Myles solo cd, not the great April Wine. |

pretty good release by APRIL WINE that offers some fine songs and especially when things get slower!the rockers arent so strong but there s a certain quality all over and fantastic vocs!'if i was a stranger","hard to believe" and "mind over matter " are the highlights! |
