| Yeah! This is a great little rocker showing off the bands early years to perfection. Originally released as an E.P. it was re-released on CD with extra tracks. The sound is pretty excellent and the songs rarely drop below melting point! Highlights would be for me Road Racin, Rock City and Warrior. The cover version of Train Kept a Rollin' is pretty cool too. If you like early Riot then you definitely need this!!!

| This is the first cd I bought and I love this cd. From start to finish this one rocks. I like all the different eras and vocalist of Riot but this era is my favorite. Guy Speranza (RIP) had a unique voice that really fit the band well. Rumor has it that he got with Mark Reale in 93 or 94 and did some demos for a new album but for whatever reason decided against being in the band again. Sure would be nice if they were to get released someday.

| Alexx, es la verdad que en 1982 este album salio con la misma portada. El album tenia seis canciones con Rhett Forrester. No has echo en cd este con Rhett. Creo que el Riot-Restless Breed cd en el version de High Vaultage records tiene estas canciones como bonus tracks.

| The young'uns may not appreciate this album much, but for middle-aged farts like me it's a pretty good example of what a formidable late-'70s rock and roll band Riot actually was. Raw and untempered, the band (original vocalist Guy Speranza, the twin Les Pauls of Reale and Ventura, and the Lemming-Slavin rhythm section) gives Great Britain the business on the heels of the "Narita" album. Maybe not the best sound quality, but considering the era and just how LOUD a band Riot was, it certainly does an adequate job of capturing the ferocity of their performances. The tracks from Donnington are good, but the Hammersmith recordings are the gems: "Do It Up," "Road Racin'," and especially "Overdrive" and "Rock City" flat-out roast the joint. Nearly ten years and two vocalists later they'd don teased-out bouffants and hitch their wagon to the burgeoning Thrash-inspired Metal of the times, but for me, this recording is a snapshot from a largely unappreciated rock band at their best. 85 / 100

Pretty rough live release!!!...played it raw and direct...hell yeah!!!...the best songs of both previous albums resumed here...86/100
