Great album recorded at the infamous PUK studios...Some very interesting hooklines here...Not the best production but worth getting anyway! Recommendations: "Sign of Victory" & "Hold Me Touch Me" (Sounds like "Thrills in the Night" from KISS). Typical commercial hardrock rich on melody & keyboards...A great debut! Like the first lines say: "Ladies & Gentlemen...Welcome to Rock'N'Roll"

From: M. Allen Date: September 6, 2003 at 12:23
This band may not be one in a million, but they are very good, making excellent use of crisp guitars, great hooks, subtle keys, big choruses, & lots of backing vocals to forge a sound that will appeal to fans of Reckless, Silent Rage, Takara, & bands of that ilk. Amazingly, these guys only improved after this debut, their next albums kicking major hard rock butt. So, while this CD may not become your all-time favorite, it certainly merits a place in any melodic hard rock fan's collection.

This is another very fine album from Sweden in the style of Skagarack, Fate, Fortune(SWE), Masquerade and so on.. --But it's the only good one they released. The others are way too hard. So be warned! Best songs are in my opinion: 90-60-90 and Tomorrow

From: TIM (2) Date: September 13, 2004 at 13:09
Is quite ironic that first line: "Ladies & Gentleman, welcome to Rock n' Roll"... and then they proceed not to play any. Nor for the following 2 albums either. I guess it's vaguely similar to FATE ("Scratch n' Sniff"), but has more in common with latter-day Jaded Heart/Frontline to me. Very powerful, heavily accented vocals, a few decent songs (tracks 1,6 & 7) and some that are godawful ("The Poseur"). "No.1" for their hair-cuts, certainly not for their music. 5/10.

Nowhere near as heavy as what Million turned out to be, though the new tracks sound very melodic too. But this is a good solid hard rock CD. Not brilliant, but 'Time after time' is a good melodic hard rocker. I'd recommend it for fans of Domain. Good hard rock.

This is the CD to get you into this band - the CD is filled with great hooks. Very nice.....I actually like this better than their latest effort.

For me M.ill.ion is one of the finest band in melodick rock scene, they are able to make every album different in style and always with original ideas. It’s right that you can find elements of first Glory,Treat and Europe but M.ill.ion joint well elements with originality.Great melodies straight thru your bloody heart ahahah!I consider this one my fave but it’s difficult to choose a release, every one is awesome.”winds of change”is one of the best 10 refrains ever heard in the genre IMO.

If Shy meets Alien somewhere in Sweden,it's what this CD sounds like.

From: aorteto Date: October 22, 2006 at 15:38
I agree with z4roxx about EUROPE, TREAT and GLORY.This is a great melodic rock CD, very good production indeed. Best songs for mi WINDS OF CHANGE, LOVERS and TOMORROW.

Great Melodic Hard Rock, que mas decir por mi parte el mejor de la banda las comparaciones arriba acertadas un album muy compacto en temas de Gran nivel otro de los discos a tener en una coleccion Hard Melodica 9/10.

From: george_the_jack Date: July 26, 2007 at 8:10
boombastic clear production that is comparable only with those of firehouse or europe...also strong melody riffs and power vocals.melodic hard rock in good shape! recommended! 8,5/10!

Fans of early Jaded Heart and Fair Warning will love this debut by M.ill.ion.!!!!..the best one for me is "Hold Me Touch Me" but add to that the rocking "Sign Of Victory","Lovers","Live It Or Leave It","Winds Of Change" & "The Poseur"...'nuff said!!!.89/100...ah!...great vocalist by the way .

From: 123charpenay Date: May 11, 2012 at 15:57
ok the production could be better but...this first effort is a reference in scandi a o r.only killers no fillers.wow!!!!super class scandi hard fm only hits.the japan import is recommanded cause the bonus track is an super acoustic version of their hit "90.60.90".for me this band is a mystery. why after a so extraordinary record they change their style and plays a very average metal whitch have absoluty no interest.i don t understand.

From: hair metal again Date: August 31, 2019 at 17:33
excellent debut for MILLION ,very similar to TREAT s sound but not so good especially in songwriting!typical late 80 s Swedish hard rock sound with big choruses, guitars, keys and songs and many good songs but unfortunately not any hits!"sign of victory","live it or leave it" and "hold me touch me" are the standout songs!highly recommended

From: 123charpenay Date: April 15, 2021 at 17:33
i can add that the fantastic acoustic version of "90.60.90" is a southern version in the vein of doc holliday or lynyrd skynyrd!!!!!!!!irresistible.there is so on the japan reissue import an other bonus track.it s a video.
