Nothing wrong with this album, but nothing really right either. I'm a big Slash fan, and of many of the collaborators on this project, but the songs selected, we've heard like A. Million. Times. So, IMO becomes boring quickly. |

I agree with Doug. This is a cool idea, but so many of the songs just lumber instead of swing. And these people are pros—they should know how to groove, right? The guitar-playing is great of course, but there's just so much of it. Many of these songs (though not all) were quite short in their original form, but they're padded out with multiple solos here. It gets tiring. And Beth Hart's voice or accent or something is extremely irritating. |

The album artwork looks like a Kanye West ex-wives club. The 'Blues' for me is like tasting Indian (Bombay style) food, after 15 minutes it all starts to taste/sound the same. SLASH’s announced S.E.R.P.E.N.T. festival, an anagram that stands for Solidarity, Engagement, Restore, Peace, Equality N’ Tolerance. Slash is recycling a vocal guest as 'Iggy Pop' was on his (2010) solo debut. I didn't see his go to vocalist Myles Kennedy listed in this lineup for a club tour that recently started across the states in of all places Bonner, Montana where diversity is PALE, and PALE-ER (Aryan headquarters). Some of the lineup with revolve depending on the tour dates. Slash and his blues band, featuring Johnny Griparic (bass),Teddy "ZigZag" Andreadis (keyboards),Michael Jerome (drums) and Tash Neal (vocals/guitar). Slash: The Making of 'Orgy of the Damned' - Episode 1-3 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=36uy-W68zew Slash: Pusher Man 7/5/24 Bonner, MT https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s8xcM2IMTrQ |
