The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular State Of Rock CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from State Of Rock are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

It might be way to early to tell, but I think this could end up being in my top ten of 2010

Well, well. What we have here is nothing else that Frontline with another vocalist. Tony Mills brings in a new perspective to State Of Rock. In my opinion falls in the same vein of Frontline's Against The World. Favorite tracks, Without My Love, Heartless Dreamers and Hanging in The Balance. Essential for any Frontline fan and Tony Mills fan. Solid production and very nice flow of the songs.

Probably would be a great album if the songs didn't fade out one minute in and then return to normal volume (bought it off itunes)The music though is top notch and stands alongside China Blue as another fine release with Tony Mills on vocals.

I LOVE Frontline and a lot of the "off" brand bands that the guys have done. Two things will keep this disc off the radar for me. First, I can't get past TM's vocals. Not unlike all vocalists, I suppose, you either like or don't. The other issue is the mix. The vocals are buried and the drums are in a distant atmosphere. The guitars (6 string and bass) sound good but the snare and bass drums are too weak. This disc could have used a few more takes and a better sound. The songs are typical Frontline and that's a great thing in my book but the vocal timing / mix loses me. 80/100

Very pleasant album to be honest...Tony Mills has become one of the most workaholic singers in recent years because of his interfering in many projects and established bands such as TNT...here we have an album packed with good songs all over for the delight of our ears ...tracks 2,4(solid softy),5,6,7,8 & 10 are the ones that turned on all my AOR/Melodic Rock senses...recommended...88/100

excellent release for STATE OF ROCK and totally agree with cyclope59 ,if you like TONY MILLS &FRONTLINE you will be extremely satisfied!solid band &sound, strong anthemic songs and many long melodic lines that you will get used to after 3-4 spins!"heartless dreamer","don t make me cry","hanging in the balance " are the highlights of this great effort
