Great melodic metal on this double set. As good as or better than other stuff by groups like Loverboy, Night Ranger, or Hagar who were ruling the charts when these two were released. Don't believe me? Go get it and you'll see I ain't lying. Damn good stuff!

Another good package of two here. 'Mechanix' was a very pop-sounding album, with 'Back Into My Life' and 'Let It Rain' being singles. Good tunes and production on both of these albums put together one on CD is really good, and you'll enjoy it if you like UFO, or melodic hard rock, for that matter.

Got this one and 'Misdemeanor' today and love 'em both. This music sounds so incredible on CD instead of my old scratchy LPs. 'Killing Me' and 'Chains' are such good tunes-I don't know why they weren't big radio hits. Two really great UFO albums on one CD.

Another good twin set. Nice to see they've finally put out 'Mechanix' on CD. It has some good tunes, and 'Back In My Life' is great.

Perfecto! 'Mechanix' is often cast aside as a lackluster, when in fact it features nice material. Highly recommended.

'Wild & Willing' is the better of the two albums on this set. Some really good songs on 'Mechanix,' but it's more mainstream than hard rock.

WWATI....is a fantastic album and every home should have one. Mechanix, excepting maybe 2 or 3 songs, just sucks I'm sorry to say.

Great CD! Huge UFO fan here and have all their stuff. Mechanix is a great CD and W,W,I is also great stuff. One of my all time fav UFO songs is 'Feel It' (Mechanix) which you never hear about. Great idea for a double CD. A must for UFO fans!!

Awesome, releases. And without the annoying German clown playing. Eventhough I admit he is good. UFO will always be GODS.

Just got the re-issued Jap version of Mechanix with bonus track 'Heel Of A Stranger'.Still sounds fabulous today as it did back then, and Contains some of then best tracks they ever wrote IMHO, 'Doing It All For You' is a superb track, with a killer chorus and 'The Writer' and 'We Belong To The Night' rock out majestically.Only the dubious cover of Eddie Cochrans 'Somethin else' lets the side down a little. BRILLIANT

I've also ordered the new Jap version of Mechanix, Jez ! Indeed, it's the best Ufo ever did and The Writer is a brilliant rocker, that I still want to play over and over again !

For me the wild .... is the best ufo album ever. Very powerful, melodic, it fits perfectly together. Of the mechanix album i used to have several songs on tape. I liked this album very much also.
