| Chapman did a great job taking over for Schenker, and he proved it here. Great guitar work on this one. "Anyday" is the best tune here.

| Good follow up to the classic live album, but the production is a bit off. The drums sound a bit crummy but there are some great tunes on this one. Chapman filled Schenker's spot just fine and made his own statement--Paul was a great axe player on this one.

| Good songs herein and worth a few hundred listens! "Youngblood" was out on a single in Perth, Western Australia when I was at University and I just loved it. Good overall.

| Hard to follow up a classic work like "Strangers In The Night," but this one is quite respectable. Chapman did a good job on this one with his guitar ability. Highlights are "Lettin' Go," "Youngblood," "Mystery Train," and "Anyday." Very enjoyable stuff here.

| Michael who?? So Schenker was gone--didn't notice it here! Chapman blazed ahead and laid down some great solos on this one. He deserves a pat on the back for some great six string work.

| Production isn't the best on this one but the songs more than make up for the lack of money spent on making it sound good. Paul Chapman played some super solos on this album, and there was no need for Schenker at this point. Let's give Chapman credit for being a great guitar player in his own right.

| Quite interesting and enjoyable, with exceptional work from Paul Chapman. His style differed from Schenker, but nonetheless he was a credit to the band. Highly recommended.

| I agree with all the positive comments. This album is solid. Money is a classic tune. Have it on record, need to get off my duff and pick up the CD. Good stuff!!

| Great album! Not a bad song in the bunch. Only complaint is that producer George Martin doesn't allow some of the songs to be more aggressive(the title track, in particular). But that was probably due the current musical style of the time(this was released in 1980, after all). That said, it's stil a fantastic album.

| Dry production from Martin - horrible. But, not one bad song on it. Every song is a walk up classic. Paul "Tonka" Chapman had the hardest shoes to fill - but he let nobody down with some inspired guitar work. This album remixed would destroy anything out today.

Chapman deslumbra,calzàndose los zapatos de Schenker y sobrepasa las expectativas.De todas maneras,lo que vendrìa mas tarde sorpenderìa a mas de uno,que pensò que sin el germano UFO decaerìa.Esto sucediò mas bien cuando Chapman se largò.ANYDAY,MYSTERY TRAIN,GONE IN THE NIGHT,TAKE IT OR LEVE IT,LETTIN GO,son lo mejorcito de un disco muy parejo,aunque un pasito atras de sus antecesores.7/10. carro_martin2000@yahoo.com.ar

| Chapman took over for Schenker way befor the "Strangers..." tour was complete. That's why he's the big balled SOB that makes this lp so great! Saw UFO with opener AC/DC in May of '79 in Des Moines, Iowa & Chapman played like he'd been with them non-stop for years. Despite poor production & low budget engineering on "NWTR" (that's Chrysalis for you!) these guys rock their asses off & the musical delivery is over the top! Check out the live stuff on the "Headstone" lp. Paul gave UFO life again!

| Martin wanted shooting for this naff production number. Still, there are tunes here the quality of which soar above the straight-jacketed sound: Mystery Train, Letting Go, Gone in the Night and, of course, Anyday. Class.

| I am a Michael Schenker fan, but I do prefer the Chapman era of UFO. The band does not miss a beat here and produce great songs such as "Lettin Go" and "Mystery Train". Could have done without George Martin producing this one. He should just stick to pop bands. 8/10

| Nearly has good as some of the Schenker era albums, really excellent album. Loved this ever since I was at school and a few of us had this on cassette. Young Blood is a great song as is the title track.

A pretty good album with 2 songs that are really awesome ones that go in the shape of "Mystery Train" & "This Fire Burns Tonight"...tracks 1,6 & 9 are also pleasant ones.86/100

| This one doesn't get the love it deserves, probably cause Schenker left and he was always gonna be a hard act to follow. But, to me it is a good quality early 80s hard rock album. The song "Youngblood" is the best track to my ears. Sure, it's not in the league of Lights Out or Obsession, but it stacks up pretty well against the rest. 70/100.
