|Good Hard Rock! "Precipitation (ballad), Who's to Blame and Headaches (ballad) & Worry (HR ala AC/DC)" really 2 Very Good ballads and my fav tracks, 80/100.|

|Who's to Blame is the standout track on here, the band returns kicking a whole bunch of ass again, I can't say this is better then their debut, but I will say there are a couple song's on it that are better then anything on their debut, a great find, if you see it snag it, the bad production doesnt even effect it, good shit.|
