| This is a very well played and recorded release. The harmonies are incredible and the sound is fab. I recommend any King's X CD. They are all great.

| I cannot believe that such an awesome cd has such few comments. Ty Tabor's guitar sound has the best tone to it this side of Nuno. The vocal harmonies this band was/is capable of are simply mind blowing. It took a few years for me to give this band a chance but thanks heavens i did because the quality is unmistakable.

| This is indeed a fantastic recording, rife with talent and all that but IMHO this is my least favorite. They just got a little too light for me and overpowered me with vocal harmonies galore. My favorites are still Out of the Silent Planet, and the self-titled release. They have the great vocal harmonies, killer guitar sounds but the songs have a bit more edge to them which I am partial to.

| If intelligent music exists, King's X plays very intelligent music...and so personal. This release is kind of a masterpiece, once again, though I prefer GRETCHEN. Here you probably have Ty Tabor greatest works. The little problem here is that vocal harmonies, though incredible, take too much space compared to GRETCHEN where Doug's voice could more easily let flow the gospel spirit he has in him (and God knows he got some reasons to sound gospel). But hey, this is brilliant pure orgasm anyway.

| Doug Pinnick what a voice! One of my main fantasies was to hear a black singer with a gospel-RnB voice to sing on heavy rock songs! This album is great!

Excellent album by this powerful threesome  ...my favorite King's X track is in here "We Are Finding Who We Are" then another hot shots are "It's Love","Moanjam","Talk To You","We Were Born To Be Loved" & "Legal Kill"...agree with all the good comments above...get it!.90/100

| very good release by KING S X ,a unique band with its own style &sound!the guitar work and the riffs are truly awesome,the vocal harmonies outstanding ,but i believe that the songwriting should be more consistent ,with bigger and catchier choruses!all the songs are ok ,but i cant find anything big !good stuff as always for KING S X

| One of King's X's better albums, containingg the band's unique mix of heavy riffs, strong vocal harmonies and affecting lyrics (see "Talk To You" where the narrator writes a letter to somebody who evidently isn't writing back to him). "It's Love" was a moderate radio hit in late 1990. No, this album doesn't have many huge arena-ready hooks, but knocking King's X for that is kinda like knocking them for not having more saxophone: it's not what they do. They aren't Def Leppard, nor are they trying to be.
