ok SCANDI AOR/MELODIC ROCK 78/100 50/50 !!!! I think there is some missing things here to make it big ! And we alreday get much better with WORK OF ART and MYLAND ! Vocals are just OK ! Imho the lack of surprise and the too much easy listening/predictable style are guilty !

From: Rafo Phoenix Date: July 30, 2008 at 16:58
GREAT AOR album, In my case this one is my favourite AOR album to date! specially if you are a lover of 80's style (Reminds me a lot of the best year of ALL TIMES 1986!) This Heart of Mine, Shooting Star, I Still Remember, A Thousand Girls, All I Did, All of My Life, Could It Be You, There She Goes... this Great album in the future will be a CLASSIC! great keyboards, chorus, guitars, voice, songs, a complete album, do you need more? my rating for now 95/100! i think in the future 100/100!

A Really Good 80īsAOR album that reminds me of Survivor/Toto/Journey/Newman/..... etc... "I Still Remember" and the great opener "This Heart of Mine" are my faves. Catchy Chorus/Keyboards, Some good Solos, well yes the voice is just good though. I stay with the Myland/H.E.A.T albums but this one is Very-Recommended. Stay in AOR!! 8.9/10

2008 is turning out to be a great year for quality AOR releases, The magnificent Work Of Art disc, as well as Khymera, Journey, Myland and now this little beauty. This is ultra smooth AOR of the highest order Lots of memorable moments on here including,'All I Did' 'Her Eyes' 'All Of My Life' and 'There She Goes'. Overall sound is nicely produced, Bucketloads of keys without overdoing them, some nice song arrangements and for me, penty of hooks throughout that I have been humming all morning. So for me, a must have disc for all the AOR mafia guys and gals and whilst it won't overtake Work Of Art come years end, it will be right behind it, snapping at it's mighty heels. A big thumbs up from me.

Very elaborated and Nice AOR album!. Definitely, one of the highlights of this excellent 2008. In my opinion, this album doesnīt reach the level of Work Of Art, H.E.A.T., Khymera or Pride, but this is a Great AOR album, with nice keyboards, great guitars, elaborated compositions and good and sometimes, catchy choruses. The only thing that i think is not so good about this album is the vocals. I think Johan Bergquist voice is not at the level of the compositions, and iīm convinced that this album, with an efficient singer, would be so much better... but itīs only my opinion

Smooth and delicate Aor album with all the ingredients to feed you well!!!..hahaha...in accordance with YIRO,the vocals could have been stronger but still fits into the songs."This Heart Of Mine"(nice opener).90/100

BRILLIANT AOR ALBUM!!!! Great keyboards and vocals! The best album this year!

From: Geoff Date: November 18, 2008 at 20:25
Negative comment first - this guy has the worst voice I've heard in melodic rock in a long, long time. I think it's awful and I agree I'd love to hear these same songs with a good vocalist. BUT, this album is saved by some truly excellent melodic rock tunes. So many killer hooks, melodies and delicious choruses. It's hard to pick a fave because almost every song is great. If you can look past a really poor vocalist for the sake of some excellent songs, check this one out. Reminds me a little of early ASIA.

I think everyone here agree about vocals.. the singer is just ok but a Competent singer would have been the best choice. This album could be the best of 2008 (95/100 for me) but the singer and some ok guitar solos low my rating.. 89/100

Killer AOR release and one of the finest AOR releases of recent years. Simply brilliant AOR stuff combining the finest moments from Journey, Asia, and Survivor.
