I was a bit dubious about ordering this one, as I have been let down so often in the last few years with so called great AOR discs with their downright shoddy productions, chock full of filler songs. Well Fuck me with a pineapple and a bottle of Grolsch if this one ain't an absolute belter of a disc, from the excellent songs down to the list of impressive names involved, ALL their top class performances and a belter of a production courtesy of Claus Lausman & Michael Voss.

I Can't find one bad track on this one anywhere,(although the Robin Beck track isn't exactly awe inspiring & was obviously an outtake from her excellent 'Livin' On A Dream' disc). I nearly wet my pants when I heard the magic that is Dan Reed singing again (get a solo album out please or better still reform the Network. 'Nightingale' with Terry brock is a fabulous tune & Steve Overland will have you thinking of FM again rather than the dreary stuff he has been doing with Shadowman recently.

..'Irresitable' with Harry Hess is one of the best tunes I have heard him sing in a long while aswell,(a whole disc of stuff like this please, now that HS are disbanding). So, from now on,no more excuses for poorly produced AOR/MR discs, just get someone in that knows what they are doing, knows how to get performances from the artists involved & can write an albums worth of decent tunes, like Lausman & Voss obviously do here. Top top quality & come years end, this will be a guaranteed top 10.

Simply the album of the year! A must Have!!! Some of the best vocalists that we loved throughout the time, they are here together to give us the true dimension of melodic hard rock-AOR! Great songwriting with technical guitar riffs and heavenly melodies...Also the lyrics remind me 80's highlights of our music!Although this is a project and not an album of a band, this is the best album of the year so far and will be a pity if this would not take the place that deserves by the end of this really

Great disc with an AMAZING production, and unlike many project albums, on this one, the tracks seem tailored to the singers own different voices. James Christian's Voodoo Woman sounds like it could be from a House Of Lords album, Goran Edman's sounds like a Street Talk track and Steve Overland's Slip Away sounds like a good old fashioned FM track. If you don't have this yet, two words - GET IT! Excellent.

I'm a big fans of Michael Bormann...the only thing that make me so disappointed is not including Bormann (one of the greatest voice of rock ever!) to support this great production...however, still i love this cd so much..my rate 87/100

Goran Edman's song is the best of this album. The songs of Hess, Brock and Overland are great too. Good CD 7/10.

From: DonDefo Date: January 23, 2011 at 8:39
"Love is blind" and "Irresistible" are NOT AOR tracks although I love AOR itself. And this cd too!
