Aug. 20, 2025: Temporary Message Board ClosureThe company hosting the message board sprung a surprise price hike on me that would have more than tripled the monthly hosting costs, so I've been scrambling to find an alternative. I've purchased a license for self-hosting a different platform and am hiring a consultant to migrate the existing board's content (posts, user profiles, etc.). However, this means I need to shut down the message board for anywhere from 3 days to (hopefully less than) a week so the data can be migrated. While this is an expensive proposition up front, it should result in some long-term savings. The current message board will be closed down at some point this Saturday, August 23. I will post updates here. The main site (where you are reading this), will NOT be affected. -Dan |

uuuh.. Cool and Good HardRock, unknown band as far as i know. There are some excellent songs here.. "Home" "10,000 Years" "Holding On" and "There's Still Time"(good ballad) are my faves tracks. "Melt Down" "Working The Wall" are the instrumentals (Good ones!). Good Riffs and solos, ok/Average production. 8/10 |

Not to be confused with the band from Maryland, Wisconsin's PROBLEM CHILD formed out of the ashes of STILETTO once vocalist Darrell Radke (METAL MEN) had replaced Tom Roach on vocals. There would be more lineup shuffling before this debut LP: P.J. Marx, Chris Martinez, & James Winter (ex-WARP DRIVE) (who would return for the 2nd PROBLEM CHILD LP)were no longer in the band, with both Darrell & guitarist Robb Hanshaw (ex-WARP DRIVE)remaining from the STILETTO era. The remaining lineup on this LP featured those listed above with some of these songs originally written under the STILETTO name. The style here consisted of some fairly solid Melodic HR/HM with influences of both FIREHOUSE (Darrell sounding very much like C.J. Snare) and the music being as catchy & energetic at times to DANGER DANGER's "Screw It!" LP from 1991. This was originally a cassette-only release with different cover-art than you see here. There would be a few more lineup changes once they recorded their 2nd LP. |
