These samples sound really good...I'll be buying this for sure. Also, saw them live two years ago with LA Guns, Great White, Ratt, Skid Row, Dokken and Jani Lane and Trixter kicked serious ass...

Fantastic comeback album, not a bad song on it (could have done with another new song as a bonus track though, instead of the acoustic reworking of Heart of steel). I wonder if any of these songs are old demos reworked, as there is certainly some strong similarities to the brilliant Hear album. To be honest, my favourite track though is Walk with a stranger, which is a cover of an old Skid Row demo, which works amazingly well as a Trixter song.

Oh and Rick, I have the European version and the bonus track is the acoustic track, not Find a memory. Is there a different version available in other European countries to the one thats in the UK then?

From: rick kerch vzla Date: April 27, 2012 at 22:43
Hello CC!!!...i'm afraid there's an alternate version with the song i mentioned and another with "Heart Of Steel" that is in its acoustic version(a band's classic)...so i bought the one with the "new song"...cheers mate!!!

No problem Rich. I found the song was available for download on Amazon UK, so I have it on my MP3 player at least. Appreciated the heads up otherwise I might not have known the song even existed.

Great come back! No fillers, very catchy songs. Above all live for today, the coolest thing, machine, drag me down. Fine version for heart of steel. Welcome back guys....I was waiting you from a long time!!

This is a really good cd. Good old 80's fun time hard rock with a modern production. For me the highlights are- Get It On, Dirty Love, Machine,Ride, Tattoo's $ Misery, Find A Memory, & Coolest Thing and Live For The Day are good ballads. I highly recommend !

Peter Loranīs Voice ainīt the same Voice as 1990 or 1992.... Good Hardrock but canīt find any big Hit wh0īs similar to the first two Classic Albums.....Nice but not more......65 from 100 Points....

receive this cd today from japan. i don t like the sound of this record.the production and the mix could be better.too much bass, untidy production for the bass.when you raise the sound, the sound is a little def.two super songs tracks 1 and 4.the rest hum... good intro, great start for all songs, but after they don t hooked me.great melodic rock but not more.i think this band have not the spark who make the big bands, the masters.for me trixter is a decent american band.they need a super productor and some peoples outside the band who writes songs for them.the japan import have one bonus the 2012 version of "give it to me good".a song who don t stay in the history of hard rock.this record will be on my future list of cd s to sell on e bay in july.

Great dudes ! Not so consistent a record with several weak points but the standouts like Tattoos easily make this a great summer rock album Good to have you back guys!!!

From: metalmaniac777 Date: May 28, 2012 at 13:12
By releasing the CD's best track ("Tattoos & Misery") as the first single, the band tricked us into believing this comeback album would be a masterpiece. Instead, it is a good-but-not-great effort, with patches of perfection mixed with floundering filler. That said, just hearing the one-two punch combination of Pete Loran's vocals and Steve Brown's guitar should be enough to put at least a partial smile on the face of any late '80s hard rocker. The Trixter machine is back in business and cranking out the tunes and even with some flaws, we welcome them with open arms...and ears.

One of the pleasant surprises of 2012 is the "New Audio Machine" of Trixter. There is no doubt about it! The guys achieve to manage and 'put' in this album all the magic of 80's, early 90's, with a new fresh air and the result is this exciting effort that will fascinate any fan of melodic hard rock! One of the best albums so far and surely is aiming high among the top ten list of 2012!

From: Doug Date: December 4, 2012 at 14:56
I like this album; so glad these guys stayed together. It's a straight ahead rock album. Should make HH 2012 faves list.

sensational comeback by TRIXTER and in my book one of the best of the new millenium!the hair metal spirit is alive with all these big names of the golden era still kickin ass and being a lot better than new bands!all the songs are hits ,the production is strong and the band delivers easily some commercial hard rockin tunes with excellent guitars and big choruses!essential for anyone that likes his rock hard
