No te dije Luis? jajajaa..

Having pretty much abandoned their prog/space rock roots on their previous album Con-Test (5 trax of which are on this as bonuses) the band move even further towards a more conventional approach with this. Not that it's a bad album, in fact I'll hold my hands up and say I like this a lot. In fact I like all their albums so I'm biased! I say conventional but it's more quirky pop rock, She Does What She Wants has elements of the Cars to it, at least to these ears. A Pretty enjoyable CD and the bonus tracks don't sound out of place really (I also got it on green vinyl with a free sticker too!!!!! wooohoo!). It would be nice to see Surveillance and City of Fear released on CD too (especially since Rush seemed to borrow somewhat from FM's style found on CoF on their own Signals album), as well as the full version of Con-Test.

This band is well known by being a ProgRock act but in here they played the "poppy" side quite good IMHO...i can get along well with this pop rhythms anyway..."Magic(In Your Eyes)"(catchy),"Dream Girl"(a nice hit single),"Take The Time To Dream","Lost In Thought(When I Got Caught)"(rocks),"Real Thing",(On The)Night Flight"(catchy) & the B/T "Just Like You"(the best bonus cut IMO)are my faves...some people didn't like the turn the band did with this album but in my case i loved it!!!...good album...86/100
