Now released on CD for the first time on Wounded Bird Label. Worth it for the final track "Where Do We Go From Here" and Track 4 "Say Goodbye". Rest is fairly tepid AOR but an interesting release nonetheless for late 70s AOR fanatics. |

Wonderful album indeed!!!...for me this band is like a mixture of 38 Special & Chicago!(perhaps an edgy Chicago i'd say)...the band has some southern feel with AOR (in here is where you can notice the Chicago thing)..great and solid vocals by Mr John Porter McMeans and compatible musicians..."Can't Hold On,Can't Let Go" is a starter,"Midnight Heartache" is a nice AOR one,"Tupelo" excellent!,"Say Goodbye" is a nice smoothie song,"Hard Ride To Heaven" with a 100% southern vibe,an excellent semi ballad & "Where Do We Go From Here" is another pleasant ballad...is a shame that only 2 comments posted here so far...if you can give this a try,do it!.90/100 |
