The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Warrant CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. EPs and CD-singles from Warrant are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

I really liked this when it came out (except the remixes). All the songs are new versions but very similar to the originals.

From: CC Date: December 8, 2003 at 11:00
All of the songs on here were re-recorded & in most cases were beefed up a bit making them slightly heavier. Thing is this is probably a lot closer to how the songs are played live rather than what they sound like on the first three records! The remixes coulda been left off but they aint totally shit!

tisk, tisk.... Good God. Okay, let's break this down... In 1996 Warrant released, not one, but TWO greatest hits albums. Then in 1997 they put out a live album. Then in 1999 they released this album. ANOTHER GREATEST HITS??!... And let's not forget the latest ablum in 2001, which is nothing but cover tunes. HELLO!! Hey Warrant!! GO A WAY! C'mon people, this is pretty sad, don't you think?

From: Gar Date: December 9, 2003 at 11:50
I'm almost ashamed to admit I like this album. Generally these re-recorded hits albums are pretty worthless(unless the original albums are out of print or hard to find). But Warrant did a good job with this, in some cases improving on the originals(like in the case of 'Thin Disguise'). Only complaint is the bleeped out lyric in 'Cherry Pie'. What's up with that?!

From: koogles Date: December 23, 2003 at 11:52
I would like to forget everything Warrant has done after 'Dog Eat Dog'. Since '93, Jani Lane's like that aging hooker who's trying to turn new tricks in tattered, 12-year old crotchless panties.

i really like this cd..some of the redone versions (except the industrialized songs) are very well done..a cd i play quite a few times..

From: Impaler Date: February 22, 2004 at 19:27
Ditto to what koogles said (very discusting image though, but appropriate).

From: Stratrat Date: March 24, 2004 at 18:22
It's always good to here another album/cd, or version 'whatever'... If the cost of another cd is too much for you, I suggest getting another paper route or sell your comic books.

Hey...32 Pennies. It should be a law that Warrant never play or record this song again. I realize Jani can't hit the high notes anymore, but just downtune and re-record some Dog Eat Dog tunes. Hollwood, I can't believe this Jane Says copy-cat was re-recorded. It's pretty cool that Jani recorded all the drums (a.k.a Mitch Dynomite), but the tempo's seem just a tad slow, making the songs drag a bit. However, it is nice to hear re-recorded versions, so I give it koodles in that respect.

this album really sucks, only made to do cash.....what a shame

From: Date: May 1, 2005 at 7:29
covering yourself says it all ... !

Remixes aside most of the re-workings of these songs are refreshing and inspired. I loved the takes of I Saw Red, Thin Disguise & Cherry Pie in particular. Although not neccessarily "improvements" these updated versions are seen in a more contemporary environment and are more often than not pulled off in a quite noble manner. (he he, he said pulled off). It's a further testament to Jani's songwriting/arrangement skills. The new tracks are on par with some of their greatest work (in Particular 'The Jones')THE REMIXES ARE DOGSHIT!

with such great songs you can t go wrong!WARRANT back in 99 re record all the classics ,along with some new stuff and this is very cool imho!one of my all time fav bands still kicking ass

From: Roxas Date: March 23, 2022 at 16:29
Love the version of Heaven on here. It's even more sad to me, the solo is haunting. Original is legendary but this version is also superb!

From: edwithmj Date: April 23, 2023 at 16:21
I agree with Roxas' comment in that the version of Heaven is better than the original: it's a lot more haunting and emotional. The remixes are all awful but the redone classics are really well done: I've mentioned Heaven but Thin Disguise, I Saw Red and Uncle Tom's Cabin are the other highlights here.
