Paul Suter of Kerrang fame raved about this one all those years ago, & while no means a classic album, does contain some pretty good songs If you're into the delights of the 'Tane Cain' album (about time that was re-issued someone!!!!) of the same era, along with a liberal dollop of Pat Benatar & that special 'Phase One' studio production sound then this will hit home. Ms Valentine hasn't exactly got the most spectacular voice I have ever heard, but it works well enough throughout.

Quite in agreement with Jez but not in all..for me this album is a goodie one but with some ups and downs...Pat Benatar?,yes!,she comes to mind but obviously Cindy does not have the grace of Benatar (probably Cindy needed a Neil Geraldo by her side too,in order to have enriched her music )anyway my faves were "Big Kiss","Living In The Fast Lane" "Make It Through The Night" & "Using Me"....plus 2 other numbers wich are the nice ballad "Power Of Love" and the cool one "Fool In The Night"..as you can read i dig 6 out of the 10 tracks but for me is still neither hot nor cold...82/100
