If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.

The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Shannon CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from Shannon are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

What a beautiful disc. Seen Erik discussing this recently, and he's right, it's a cracker. I think there are only about 2 songs on here I don't love. Some faves off the top of my head are 'Goin' crazy', 'Wild, wild wild' and 'She's a liar', but most are fantastic. I dare say that few would disagree though that the finest moment is the stunning closer, 'One in a million'... like a dictionary defintion of perfect melodic hard rock. Great disc, highly recommended to fans of melodic rock.

LOL this guy is so funny. We all know who i mean. Yep the 'i sound like a broken record' guy. Anyways who gives a s..t what he says. People like z4roxx or Geoff, always honest in their opinions being it about AOR or melodic hardrock, i do take serious. PS Geoff i bought the Roxus album cause of your comment. Thanks for that tip. What a great album indeed !

This 2003 release is an absolute melodic rock surprise. What bombards this band to France’s best melodic hard rock band ever( lol IMO) are the strong compositions full of catchy hooks and singalong choruses. Anyways if you stumble on SHANNON be sure to pick it up. Killer album i think. The last song no.13 'One in a million'could have been written by Danger Danger in their glory days. 8.9/10

Killer melodic rock CD from French band Shannon. Think of early Danger Danger,Firehouse and Dokken. The whole album is full of catchy hooks, great choruses and strong songs. The vocals are awesome with killer guitars. This is highly recommended and a must in your collection. Buy!!! Rated 9/10.

This French band sounds like Fair Warning crossed with Danger Danger, yet lacks the spark that makes either of those groups special. Now, there's absolutely nothing wrong with it, and the vast majority of melodic hard rock fanatics will find plenty to feast their ears on, but despite the big hooks and stacked harmonies, this one borders on being boring, kind of like a sexy girl who's got the goods and promises to blow your world but in the end simply blows...and not in a good way.

Great album! I really love this one. It has some variety in songs. The first song has great and powerful guitars and the last one reminds me Danger Danger (as staded above). If you find this one, don't think twice...get it!
