Wow, this is a GREAT record. I bought it b/c the current touring version of The Outlaws played "So Long" and "Grey Ghost" on the reunion tour, and I was blown away. here are some amazing harmonies, and guitar work on this. Highlights include the 2 tunes named above, "Crossfire", "All I Need" & "You Really Need." I expected this to be more "country"-influenced since it's Henry Paul, but it has more of a commercial/Atlanta Rhythm Section feel to it.

This album is a S.Rock cult classic! HPB knew how to play & harmonize! I agree with "CurtisLoew" (good name)- kind of ARS, but with some jazz influences in places (not a bad thing). The "Henry Paul Band" album (w/him standing in a classic red car doorway) is even better I think. Some of its songs got airplay, but the best ones on there, Crazy Eyes & 766-2626 (Romance) are the standouts. Not a bad song on either album!!
