Definetley one of the better tribute CDs out there. Some really great performances on this one. |

All are good covers, except Kelly Hansen's "Rock of Ages"(just sounds half-hearted) and the Kevin DuBrow remix "Rock Rock Til You Drop"(just sounds horrible). Skip those tracks and you got yourself a pretty killer tribute album. Jizzy Pearl seems right at home singing "High n Dry". |

This was part of a rash of cheap-o tribute albums released by Deadline/Cleopatra in the late 90s; surprisingly this one is actually pretty good. The track list is all good stuff from the Leps' first three classic albums and you gotta love Jason McMaster's take on "Let It Go," Steve Whiteman's "Foolin," and John Corabi's "Wasted." The only misstep is the god-awful industrial remix of "Rock Rock Til You Drop" with Kevin DuBrow on vocals. What the hell were they THINKING? |

Great compilation by a bunch of great singers from the 80's(the ones that made Glam and Hard Rock outstanding!)The good thing about this album is that they performed songs of the Defs from their first 3 albums and for many fans these albums were the "true" ones from the band itself. Is amazing to listen songs performed from Kevin Dubrow to Kelly Hansen.9/10 |

Being a huge Lep fan, I enjoyed this one. I liked that all the songs selected were pre Hysteria ones. This was the Leps greatest work in my opinion and is the era that is worthy of this tribute. My fave vocal performances were Steve Whiteman, Kelly Hansen and Jason McMaster. The Kevin DuBrow "Rock Rock Til You Drop" does seem out of place here with it's techno remix. |

I'm very picky when it comes to tribute albums but i can say that this is a pretty decent one...the ones i liked the most were 3,4(the almighty Kevin DuBrow(r.i.p.)in an Industrial Rock plan in here),5,7,8,9 &12...enjoyable stuff if you are a fan of the Leppards...80/100 |
