Esta banda me recuerda a los escoceses GUN ( que me parecen geniales, por lo menos los tres primeros ). Tiene algunas joyas melódicas como WHISPERS IN THE DARK, LETS MAKE LOVE..., STREETS OF SHAME y BREATHLESS. Excelente CD.

Disappointed to see only one comment here, but can understand why. This is from 1999 and just by chance I finally heard of these guys last year - had no idea who they were. But f*ck me with the watery end of a hose do I recommend you pick this one up!!! The guy's voice is just a treat and one of the best in the genre, but these guys write an amazing hook-filled melodic hard rock song! Just check out 'Another crazy summer night'. But they're all great. Highly recommended.

I MUST ADD ANOTHER COMMENT:1.IT'S A SHAME(ENORMOUS SHAME!!!!)THAT EXIST ONLY 3 COMMENTS OF MINE BESIDES SERGIO AND GEOFF FOR THIS CD!!!2.I THINK"CONSIDER THIS.."ONE OF THE BEST CD EVER HEARD IN MY LIFE!!THAT'S MAGIC,TOTAL CATCHY/EMBRACIN'KILLER TRACKS!!!IT'S HARD TO FIND A COMPARISON ALSO TO THAT ONE,MAYBE THE STRONG ENERGIES OF DEF LEPPARD JOINT TO MELODIES ALA TERRA NOVA(DEBUT)EXPECIALLY IN THE BALLADS.BUT VERY VERY FEW....WHEN A BAND IS UNIQUE IT'S IMPOSSIBLE FINDIN'COMPARISON.15/10!!

Solid if unspectacular debut, much better live, especially after seeing the band supporting Bob Catley's Hard Rain a few years ago. This features some good tracks , but nothing that really stands out and grabs me - gets an occasional spin here and no more.

Well I think I might consider buying this album....after seeing the Def Leppard simularities. I am one of those who like Def clones, and the Bon clones, and all that jive. Some do, and some don't. If found Kick's Sweet Lick of Fire a bit disappointing. If I am wrong, I'm wrong, but to me it sound a little too nu-breed. Don't get me wrong, I like some nu-breed, but that album wasn't that good. So I am hoping that this album is far away from that one. I bought the album, Freefall, which was really

good. I also own a cdr copy of XL--Rock All Over You. That album also rocked to the heavens. Only complain I had about that album, was that I wish it could've been an full length instead of an EP. Still though, an awesome album that gets plenty of play in every cd player in my car and house. If "Consider This" is like any of those albums I mention, then it should be a must have. I wanna here

Def Leppard or Bon Jovi, or maybe some Aerosmith. Stuff that sounds from the eighties or early nineties. A little modern would be cool, but lets not overdo it. I mean people like myself wanna hear good rock and roll......not grungy stuff like "Nicklecrap", "Three Whores Down" or "Hatchbox Twenty." If I have offended some people, I am sorry, but thats what made our type of music be put on the endangered list.

From: BIG-TIME Date: April 21, 2007 at 20:19
This is awfull what you lot on about I can hear Bon Jovi in the ballad's, Def Leppard no way it's like U2 but with a bit more hard rock. Z4roxx you should listern to Saint's and Sinner's they will blow this crap away 15/10 yeah -15/10 Another Summer Crazy Night sound's mordern, argh!!! cant talk any more about this...KEEP ROCKIN ALL!!!

From: z4roxx Date: April 22, 2007 at 13:49
I do have Saints & Sinners and they are awesome but this cd is wonderful,it contains 3/4 songs among the best ever heard.Yes it has modern elements and not the old school but it's not important for me here,I love this cd!!!!!!!!!!

From: BIG-TIME Date: March 15, 2008 at 15:43
"The best ever heard" you must be on drugs to say that! I can't even listern to the first minute of any song on this album. If you like modern rock then you can't like S&S and are just saying that, as for Geoff im starting to agree with AOR Freaky more nowadays that Geoff does like alot more modern music if you like the like's of Firehouse, Treat, Valentine, Whitesnake, Sons of Angels, Def Leppard, Boysvoice, Danger Danger, Jeff Paris you CANNOT like this it's just not rock...KEEP ROCKIN ALL!!!

From: johnk5150 Date: March 18, 2008 at 19:14
So Big-Time, you're saying that we can't like more than one style? It's like saying if you like college basketball that I can't like the NBA. What are you retarded?

From: Rafo Phoenix Date: March 18, 2008 at 20:27
bah not understand the tastes of some people this one is Very Good for moments modern yes but what is the problem? if is good "Streets of Shame" is the best song more in the traditional MHR style but all album is very good and i agree with my m8 Johnk, open your mind and enjoy it, when an album is bad is bad! but now here not is the case! enough said, i enjoy this band or A-Ha same as Dokken, Megadeth, Survivor, Red Rockers, The Hooters, Belinda Carlisle, Gun Barrel, Montrose, Diamond Head, A Fl

From: Delbert Date: March 20, 2008 at 21:35
The band's debut which is one of my favorites. A very enthusiastic sounding CD with good songs playing melodic rock similar to TERRA NOVA and HEARTLAND. I Highly recommend it.

From: CC Date: April 16, 2008 at 17:13
If you like Danger Danger or Def Leppard, you cannot like this. Yeah, cause its not like D2 ever released Dawn or Lepp released Slang now is it! BIG TIME, open your mind before you open your mouth!

From: BIG-TIME Date: August 9, 2008 at 21:35
Yeah right CC if you have no taste, alot of people I know are BIG into AOR (CD aholics), have heard this and it's rated by them as crap not even worth the time or listen, open my mind what to new age I don't think so. Get you facts straight CC...DD and DL released them to change with the times...yes the times not releasing what they are good at and what happend to DL they got lashed for it and released Euphoria nuff said. You lot are banging on about it has a moden sound I don't want that I have heard enough of that new age rock crap for one life time and to buy an album like this from people who like new age rock I'm sorry real AOR/Hard rocks will understand that I paid money for something that aint rock, 5150 yes you can like other stuff but this is just an insult when bands like Fire with Fire where not on here till recent. For me band's like Fierce Heart, Fire with Fire, AKA, Babe Blue (hmmmm strange there not here but Kick is) are kick ass this no...KEEP ROCKIN ALL!!! yes rockn

From: BIG-TIME Date: August 9, 2008 at 21:46
5150 what don't you like any of the bands I quoted nah you probably don't...have you given your opinion on any of them? retard yeah right like your rock before you pull people who like good bands down you tool (Nirvarna lover) and no I don't like BB or NBA so that analogy is wasted.

From: BIG-TIME Date: August 9, 2008 at 21:46
hahahah

Any melodic hard rock fan, particularly those with a penchant for that slick Def Leppard style, should be kicked in the seat of their pants if they don't own this underrated gem. Nick Workman has a golden voice perfectly suited for this kind of music, mastering the melodies to breath life and emotion into the lyrics. If this CD doesn't already reside in your collection, consider buying a copy right away.
