The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular W.A.S.P. CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. EPs and CD-singles from W.A.S.P. are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

Now, there's been speculation that this disc was 'doctored' by the band in the studio. It's possible, I mean let's face it. It does sound really clean & polished. The track listing is excellent, but unfortunately they didn't give us the full show. They did make an effort to make it up to the fans by including a studio track from the Ghoulies II movie. The song is nothing more than a throw away, it wasn't even written by W.A.S.P. Pick up the expanded version with more tracks. 9.0 for sure!

sixxswine it might be doctored probably is. but as far as sounding clean and crisp live, they sound absalutley brilliant live i had a chance to see them touring for inside the electric circus and they sounded just like live in the raw in short they might have studio'd it up a bit but lets face it they blow the roof off live they honestly do sound that good

From: baris Date: September 8, 2002 at 12:59
If it was doctored in the studio, we can say 'a good work has been done!'. Yes, there is a very successful track listing. Also look at 'I Wanna Be Somebody': The way the audience's participation to the song is quite fun to hear and seems to make it a successful live performance. 'Scream Until You Like It' is not so bad too. What I didn't like is the sound of drums here; so thin voice!

From: Dusty Gibbons Date: February 25, 2003 at 21:57
Call me an old skeptic but i don't even think we can call this live in the studio. You don't really need this, the 3 new songs are crap and if you like your wasp raw just get the lyceum video or double live assassins...

Ah, it's great to be back writing comments about heavy metal CD's!! 'Scream Until You Like It' is the best W.A.S.P. song ever. In fact, it's one of my favorite heavy metal songs ever. A true classic. I wish they'd play it on the radio.

Awesome live album. It rips all the way through. Vicious rendition of I Wanna Be Somebody, and a chilling version of Sleeping in the Fire.

I like this one too. WASP is one of those guilty pleasures where I know it's pure cheese...I guess I just happen to like cheese sometimes...

Hi, does anyone have this on CD, I think it's the CD with extra tracks on it, like 'Sleeping in the Fire', 'Sex Drive' etc....Well, I have had it for awhile, and I just noticed that on the CD itself instead of it saying ' Live...in the RAW'...mine says 'Live...in the rain'...and it's not a CDR either, I checked it out, does anyone else have this same CD cover?

From: Date: May 13, 2004 at 22:51
It's just the way the 'W' in RAW is written. It kinda looks like 'IN' if you think about it.

From: Greg Date: June 9, 2004 at 17:44
Nope, On the CD itself, it says ' Live: in the rain'...it's messed up!

From: Big Papa K Date: June 30, 2004 at 16:48
As already mentioned, the validity of this being live has been questioned, but the song selection is good. Their first three albums all had some highlights, but were not great from start to finish. This takes the best songs from those albums ('Wild Child', 'I Wanna Be Somebody' and 'I Don't Need No Doctor') and throws in their very good contribution 'Scream Until You Like It' from Ghoulies II. 8/10

From: Uusiolli Date: August 5, 2004 at 20:30
They should have made a prober oldtime double record with about 20 songs. Scream Until You Like It was a good addition. 7/10

I heard the 'Double Live Assassins' was doctored. It seems every great live cd isn't really live. I dont care because this is a great one and up there with Judas Priest 'Unleashed In The East' and AC/DC 'if You Want Blood, You Got it' for single disc live recordings...

From: Scrounger Date: July 22, 2008 at 11:34
I had a cd copy that said "Live...In The Rain", I sold it to some guy for £50! then picked up the original vinyl copy for £2! This is a great live album! (it was played around with, as the songs are cut from two separate shows) "Harder, Faster" alone, makes this worth every penny!

Great first live album!!!..10 tracks of pure WASP mayhem plus a studio track that belonged to a movie...100/100
