A little weak. Not bad, but this one being one of my all time favorite bands can do a lot better. Belive me I know. |

Lacking a bit in songwriting area. "Didn't understand" is still a killer song and "Forever" is up there with the best Kingdom Come ballads, absolutely heartbreaking stuff. NEW album is coming out this summer!! |

the new 'Perpetual' sucks! Where are the melodies of the first album, and the great voice of Lenny, now almost gone? What a sadness... an almost mainstream pop-rock album... |

Sadly a very disappointing release from Lenny and the boys. In fact the crappiest one wearing the KC name |

This is my second Kingdom Come record after 'In Your Face'. Those who despise 'Independent' should have come to realise by now that Kingdom Come is Lenny's pet project and at the present time it has become his solo project as well. Though it took some adjusting to, I do enjoy this album though I do hope Lenny gets back together with a real band. Any of the boys he played with before would be great. Recommended tracks are 1, 4, 5 & 9 thru 11. P.S. 'Independent' is not for the casual KC fan. |

excellent release by lenny wolf and co.in my opinion there are magic moments here like the marvelous "forever",the darker "mother" and the "america" where lenny thanks the states for its contribution in his life and in hard rock music.overall "independent" isnt a classic hard rock release ,but it is so much full of talent and great atmosphere.for me it is essential |

Quite dissapointing album this one if you compare it with their amazing "S/T","In Your Face" & "Hands Of Time"...weird grungy sound is what we find in here and with quite dull vocals by Lenny Wolf that also handled almost all the instruments except drums as stated...3 songs could be "I Can Feel It","Mother" & "Do You Dare"...then 2 that i "like" were "Didn't Understand" & "Easy Talking Hardline"...easily forgettable to be honest with you all...70/100 |

Well I thought 'Perpetual' sucked. This one tops it, with only "America" and "Easy Talking Hardline" being listenable tracks. Lenny, stop indulging yourself. Call up Satriani or Neal Schon and get some crunch back in your step. Your broken heart whining has gotten quite stale. If you must do so, at least do it uptempo!! Argghh. |
