What a great CD. I can't believe I haven't heard of them untill now!!! If you like Skid Row and their first cd you will need to get this cd. At times It sounds like Bach himself singing. The music is very rhythmic and driving. This band should have had more to offer, that is if the record companies didn't jump on the grunge bandwagon and allowed them to make great music.

Fear Not is a mix of Skid Row and Slaughter. It is amazing but true!!! on the heavy songs skid row, softer-slaughter. check them out. they also have a great guitar soung, very crunchy. "we have a God" and "Money Money" are my fav songs off the album

For those that like Fear Not they also had a CD under the name of Love Life before the Fear Not name. Great CD also, just like Fear Not.

Easily one of my most favorite CD's in Christian hard rock! The music just drives, and Larry Worley belts out major attitude! Every song is a winner for me.

If you are a christian and you like groups like skid row and slaughter than in this album you ll find paradise.Great Hard rock album with my beloved sleazeeeee vocals. As for the non-believers ignore the lyrics(i know its difficult) and listen to music ).*Fear Not* ironic title for a christian group.Only for us the non-believers FEAR NOT exists...Absolutely No Alternative...

Have both the Lovelife and Fear Not albums and love them both. Larry's voice makes the band. Songs 1,3, and 8 are my favs here. This is a classic piece of White Rock history.

I'll admit that I usually steer clear of stuff that falls into the CCM category, but this CD knocked my socks off!The comparisons to Skid Row & Slaughter are dead on..imagine Mark Slaughter singing for the Skids circa their 1st release, and you've got Fear Not's sound exactly. Not a bad song on this excellent disc! The power ballad "Till the End of My Days" is absolutely incredible;worth the price of admission alone.Whether you want music with a message,or just good hard rock, this CD fits the bill!

Fear Not is one of my favourite bands. For all those who want more material by these guys get their first album. It under the band name LOVE LIFE and the album is called GOODBYE LADY JANE. It is a BLOND VINYL release. Also Worley, the vocalist, sings on Robert Sweets solo album. That is about as much info as I have. But yes they do rock and they should have made more albums, and so should MASTEDON!!!! ROB ROCK, LAUDAMUS, HARMONY, KEN TAMPLIN AND MORE RULE!!!

I'm not a fan of Christian metal at all and have dismissed many decent CDs on lyrical content alone, but occasionally you come across one like this or Holy Soldier. The lyrics are not too overpowering, but sometimes the message and comments like Jeff's above really get to me. Just seems un-necessary, but these guys rock hard and I love 'Mr Compromise' and 'There is love' - but this is good consistent heavy rock. Very good disc. Awesome sound.

Even though Geoff seems to give his seal of approval on this one. Let me tell you that this one is the real deal. This one rocks through and through. While it has some christian influence (We have a God) it does not overly preach. What it does have is killer hooks an great vocals. This is by far my favorite Christian metal release. IMO better than Stryper in many ways. Pick this one up for Till the End of my Days and Give it Up. The rest is equally as good. No fillers!! Recommended....

To me one of the catchies and well produced hard rock christian cd of ever.Well sayd,no fillers but just true solid and melodick songs with a super voice ala J.Rowe.These guys are very close to Guardian second and third releases,IMO.Grab this cd,it's essential.Production of Elefante brothers is a security!

Fear Not was a damn good band (is it against the rules to say "damn" about a Christian band?), and it's a shame that they only recorded this one CD. Unfortunately they came a little too late to the party (1994) and by then the ship had sailed for this style of commercial hard rock. Darn that grunge movement anyway!!

Buenos riffs, buenos temas de HardRock que recuerdan por ahí a los Skid Row pero no pasan de buenos y previsibles, eso sí: buenos coros, algunos buenos solos y excelente producción. "Give it Up" buen solo, "Mr. Compromise" y la balada acústica "Take Hold" mis favoritas. 8/10

This is by far one of the best Christian albums to date. It belongs squarely in the realms of a best overall Christian or secular albums for sure. Recently having put it back in my player for a spin I had forgotten just how good this group was. The shame of it is that this was their only album…a famed one and done instant classic. This is an essential for any metalhead to have. Check out a few of their tunes for yourself at www.youtube.com/metalmastermusic 95/100

Okay, bear with me, but I'm afraid I have a serious confession to make--THIS CD F*CKIN' RAWKS!! All right, now that I've got that off my chest, I'll stop shouting and simply say that the Skid Row-meets-Slaughter comparisons are as on-target as a sniper's bullet, making this one of the all-time great Christian hard rock albums, backed by the always-awesome production of John & Dino Elefante. With way more attitude than most Christian bands dare to deliver, guitars that put the "crank" in cranking, big ol' choruses you can wrap your ears around, and gobs of gang backing vocals, this is one album you should not fear picking up.

In my case i found this album and band much alike to others...good but nothing really so outstanding(my personal opinion and as i always say, respecting every person's very own opinion)...nice lyrics (typical in CCM bands)and some good moments obviously..."Give It Up" starts the album in a cool way ,"We Have A God" is a goodie one,"Mr Compromise" i really liked it,"Till The End Of My Days" is another goodie,"Suicide Sunshine" is a nice track then "Money Money","There Is Love" & "Mad World" are 3 highlights..the album closes with a really cool one "Take Hold"...85/100

Great Christian hard rock album. Yeah, it does seem to have a Skid Row influence, but was I the only one who heard some alt-rock in here as well? Fear Not are not overly religious with their message, but you definitely know they're Christians. So if that bothers you, you may want to look elsewhere. I loved Give It Up, Suicide Sunshine, Mad World, We Have A God and Till The End Of My Days.
