If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.

The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Soundtracks CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from Soundtracks are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

For some reason a lot of mid-80's teen movies had great soundtrack albums(probably because I was a teen in the mid-80's ). This one's no exception. The movie was pretty mediocre, but hell... you don't need to like a movie to enjoy the soundtrack.

Hurry- if you act now you can score this cd for $45.00 from ebay. 45 bucks for this? C'mon- this is a decent disc but it isn't that fricken hard to find. As far as the movie itself this is another "so cheesy they're cool" flicks. I liked it back then but I'm pretty sure if i saw it now it would be horrible.

The ones that (stupid) people are paying $40-50 for on Ebay are bootlegs. Clear tray with tray card art showing through is a dead giveaway. The only legitimate pressing of this CD predates clear trays.

Being stuck in the 80's to this day I still love the movie, yeah it has its cheesy points, but with a soundtrack like this it makes up for it. If you look close at the car in this movie when they are shooting the front of it, I believe it has a chrysler star logo on it like anyone cares, would have been very cool on chryslers part to wring out a few of those bad boys for production..the movie plus a tune from Lion make watching the movie worth the 1 1/2 time spent Quote the WidoMakr...Never More

Dan, unless I'm mistaken, the cd pictured in the current auction does not have a clear tray, plus the guy has it listed as a remastered version which might/might not have slightly different artwork and/or packaging. Either way as soon as it's listed as remastered it tells you right there it's not the real original. BTW-I think I'll have to seek this movie out again and check it out-God knows i still love "Dudes" and "Trick or Treat"

I love the 80's and I love this movie! It does have it's cheesy moments (like most 80's movies) but it also has it's cool moments (like most 80's movies). This movie is one of my faves. The whole soundtrack is good if you like rock/AOR/hard rock. So do yourself a favor and buy it. If we do things my way it's a lot of fun. Well, I gotta hook up the Daytona and get the hell outta here. Later all.
