oh...yeah!!.tommy denander back to the fore!,doing what he does best:top quality melodic rock. just one look at the line up and that should have you convinced that this is not another"money making" excuse to rip you off.i quite enjoyed this one a lot and i bet anything that most of you will enjoy it too.give this one a couple of spins and see what you think.

From: Wotty Date: August 11, 2004 at 13:49
Top quality cd.To this listener Tommy can do no wrong.Being a long time fan from Prisoner,Rainmaker,Talk of the Town and Radioactive it is good to hear AOR still being brilliantly done.SUPERB...

Hi Tim[2],my case for the defence.CD of the year originating from....

From: TIM (2) Date: August 13, 2004 at 9:19
Originating from Sweden? It's not album of the year for me, but it is very good indeed. I agree there were some British gems out there (Dare, FM, Atlantic, Strangeways, Ya Ya, Blue Blud, Magnum, Shy, John Parr, Ten...) these were mostly on-offs. Bands like Skagarack, Treat, Alien, Bad Habit, Da Vinci etc. nailed it over a longer period. And as good as FM, S/Ways etc are, are any of their albums as good as "Dreamhunter", "Out of this World", Jim Jidhed's first, Talk of the Town S/T, Alien S/T? No

From: AOR freaky Date: August 13, 2004 at 13:34
Tim (2): mostly ALL these British AOR releases are head and shoulders above ANYTHING EVER from Scandinavia ! Alien, Treat, Skagarack, Had Habit, Da Vince : all very, very AVERAGE releases, very average in comparison with the reals British classics. Listen to the singers and you know where I'm talking about ! AND THEN : ON TOP OF THIS WE HAVE THE REAL CLASSICS, ALL COMING FROM THE USA OR CANADA ! That's the REAL, PURE, CLASSIC AOR SOUND ! miles above ANYTHING Europe or Britain has to offer !

From: TIM (2) Date: August 16, 2004 at 4:56
Britain being IN Europe, of course. So come on then Freddy, how many of these Scandi AOR albums do you actually own? I named about 6 or 7 bands above, how many of their albums do you have in your collection? You seem to make a lot of comments on them...

From: AOR freaky Date: August 16, 2004 at 5:26
Dear TIM (2), Britain in Europe ? ! Not that sure ! But here we talk about the music. Well, me dear friend : I own practically every Scandi AOR record ! This will surprise you, I think ! But I don't rate 'em that high ! It's not bad, but it can't compete with the best British AOR acts and certainly not with the US and Canadian masters. This one I rate high. Agreed, it's one of the better releases coming out of Scandinavië. Tommy Denander is a great artist, no discussion about that ! Some I like

From: Wotty Date: August 23, 2004 at 15:26
To Geoff.I know you will comment later when you have listened to or bought every CD in the southern hemisphere, but I cant remember you caning this or Spin Gallery, though you probably have.If you do respond, lets have a bit more than I HATED THAT please.I thank you, or will I......

From: Geoff Date: August 23, 2004 at 20:06
Hey Wotty, no you won't catch me commenting on this disc. Having heard the Prisner, Radioactive discs and what Tommy did to Talk of the Town I have learned my lesson. I'll stick to what I love and leave these ones to the fans. I don't know this one or Spin Gallery but know very well what style of songs will be here. I must admit, there was a sensational ballad on the Jim Jidhed CD penned by Tommy - amazing song, and there are about 3 or 4 Prisoner songs I like. I don't hate ALL his stuff...

From: AOR freaky Date: August 24, 2004 at 6:57
Well, Geoff, you are missing a great CD, man ! And I tell you more: you know I'm not a big scandi fan myself, but the Spin Gallery record is FANTASTIC AOR ! I know you won't believe me, but for me it's the best Tommy ever did, and among the very best CD's released this year ! Don't be stupid, give Spin Gallery at least a try and then you can give your comment ! I'm sure you'll be pleasantly surprised ! And I'm not kidding you this time !

This is good - not Tommy's best,(that goes to the debut Prisoner & Radioactive cd's for me), but excellent all the same and definately worth getting if you like Tommy's stuff in general.

From: Wotty Date: August 24, 2004 at 8:24
Hey Jez,You are right,it is good. For me ,it just edges out Spin Gallery for CD of the year so far. However, the Radioactive material really is top stuff, and the proposed third CD is really supposed to be the business....

From: Wotty Date: August 26, 2004 at 10:57
Geoff,Another dig at Tommy Denander during the slating of Urban Tale, dear oh dear.Oh yes,my 7 year old son says he doesnt want your KYLIE CDs,oops I wasnt supposed to say that was I?...No-one will notice.

Alternando los temas rockeros con otros mas tranquilos en onda Westcoast impresionante version del mad about you. Gran disco.

From: Swriter Date: February 5, 2005 at 17:09
good release, very west coast vibe! competent writing and good production value, to me, not essential, but a good one !!!

From: tomcat Date: March 4, 2005 at 2:12
Yep, excellent west coast vibe on this album...quality all over...

From: robert Date: May 2, 2005 at 9:31

From: juan carlos Date: March 2, 2007 at 13:27
