The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Marionette CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. EPs and CD-singles from Marionette are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

This is an interesting release. The opener "Don't Be Shy" sounds like something you would've heard on Warrant's "Dog Eat Dog" release, but then Marionette change it up on the remaining songs,& go with a sound more akin to Queensryche,& sometimes you even hear faint Maiden influences.I personally like this disc alot:it's a shame there are only 6 songs here...would've liked a full-scale release! Not going to be everyone's cup of tea, but if you like 'ryche, or the lighter side of Maiden, check it out!

I think these guys were from Arizona? The above reviewer is correct, they do change up a bit but their sound is to me cohesive. Think about an album like Silverspoon "Sink Or Swim". It's similar to that. I always thought of TNT a little and mixed up with stuff like Queensryche and a dash of even more proggy elements too. Not too hard to get and worth the effort I think.

I like these guys!Except the first song in an hard rocki vein, yes the others are much prog oriented,a good mix between Queensryche(riffs)and Ivanhoe(choruses and melodies). But their best thing is the name indeed! One of the best!!ahahahaha!!8/10

I have too many cd to listen to but not the time to listen all them! But I've already heard this band 3 times and I really like this guys!I find that they are the more hard rock version of Majesty(Dream Theater),yes, also there are some prog elements but the style is much oriented to hard rock...the production is very very close to Majesty and melodies, too.Great indie cd personally!

Wow! This is pretty neat to find. We only made about 1000 CD's and we gave most of them away at our shows. I am grateful and appreciative of the comments that you guys left. I had a lot of fun in this band....and you guys are pretty spot-on with the assesment of our various influences.

My twin sister lived in Phoenix in the early 90's & actually saw these guys live a couple of times when visiting.I came across this CD in a used music store in San Diego a few years back had to grab it.Love the music under the chorus on the first song, but the song holds back what otherwise is a damn cool CD.It didn't capture the bands live energy.Maybe some new members?Sleeve thanks a guy sister knew(Allan Waddel)that played guitar the times I saw them and he was amazing live on stage.Dont no?

Maybe I was taken form the best name for a band but this cd is really great, one of my fave indies’from the States in the last 12 years. They start with the hair metal”Don t be shy”where they sound like Gun Shy,the rest is just excellent class metal in the same vein as old Queensryche and Dokken, the startin of”I talk to shadows”remind me to a great Detritus’s ballad, the rest is very good and well sung. Thanks Maronette for the name and music too!
