The songs are all relatively melodic and pleasant, if slightly unadventurous. However, there are a couple of good tracks which stand out. These include the impressive 'Lies Are Gonna Get Ya' which could have slotted onto the first Go West album with ease. The softer tracks such as 'Cold Hands Warm Heart' and the cruisy 'Save It For The Next One' are also worth a listen.

Indeed, a couple of good songs, but not consistent enough. Not really recommended, only for the freaks like me who want everything or nearly everything !

I like this record. Nice pop hitech AOR. Released on CD but very tough to find.

One of the rarest CDs in Canada. (I heard somewhere that the lead singer doesn't even have it on CD.) I have only found 4 in over 10 years of incessant, cross-counting hunting. Poppy AOR for fans of Glass Tiger, Flip or World on Edge, "Flippin' to the A-Side" and "Lies are Gonna Get Ya" are guilty pleasures with nimble keyboards and lightweight vocalizing.

hmmmm.....is that a good thing or a bad thing that the singer doesn't even have a copy of the CD? I wonder....

When you look at what was going on musically in Canada at that time, this album was pretty impressive. I saw these guys live a few times....excellent musicians.

I used too have the cassette tape of this when i was younger. It's just disposable 80's pop crap. If i saw the CD i certainly wouldn't bid on it at all on EBAY because it isn't worth the money. "flippin to the A-side has to be one of the most annoying songsof all time that i have ever heard. If you want to hear good Canadian bands from this era, Just stick with "Glass tiger" or "Honeymoon Suite". Spend your money elsewhere and leave this crap alone.

I actually quite enjoy this one. Decent pop / high-tech AOR. If you're an 80's fanatic like me, you can't go wrong with tracks like "Flippin' To The A Side" and "Lies Are Gonna Get Ya". Decent stuff.

very good pop hitech AOR

Nice sounding Hi Tech AOR, the way I like it. Lies Are Gonna Get Ya is a pretty nice tune, as well as Cold Hands Warm Feet. The vocals remind me of Prince, but fused with japanese singers. Love You Like That sounds like a sped up midtempo tune. While the vocals are unique, it wasn't enough to make me want to listen to it again. Nice effort though. Rating: 7/10. Favorite Track: Lies Are Gonna Get Ya.
