Killer melodic hard rock disc! Enough said. One track after another is a gem. |

I've heard these guys sound like Lancia. Do they?? |

This band sounds a lot like old Bonfire/Mad Max, good melodic hardrock/metal- not glam. W. Böhm was in U.D.O. and together with I. Plass they were in Darxon. Holger George was previously in Axe Victims- a trad. metal band. They have released an E.P. Waiting for.. in 1993 and a comeback album "Is There Something?" in 2004! My fave on this is Strong Survivors-great anthemic track. |

Yeah, I agree with Dan here - prime Bonfire and Mad Max, perhaps the heavier side of Casanova are good comparisons. The songs are very melodic, but in a much raspier hard rock style than a lot of European melodic hard rock. Big, solid hard rock songs with nothing to frown about at all. The 'Waiting for' EP is brilliant, more melodic / AOR sounding, but perfectly excecuted. And 'Is there something' is great melodic hard rock, just not as good as the first 2 gems. |

Damn, 3 comments now for this CD! Awful, and my apologies but I prefer to talk about CDs after listening, and I had this cranked in my car on the way home and it is immaculate, perfect riff driven melodic hard rock. 'I Want You', 'Bad Child', 'Tear It Out', 'Stranger In The Night', 'Too Far Gone', 'Big Screen Hero' 'I'm Still Alive' are all stellar melodic hard rockers and overall, this is a simply stunning CD. Hugely recommended!!! Amazing crisp guitar riffs too. Just brilliant! |

highly energetic stuff for the hard working man. ya know, after a long boring day in the job, having to put up with different kind of crap, put this baby in the stereo at maximum volume, grab a glass full of carrot juice and let the headbanging starting. great guitar sound, no any pussy stuff here, in the great german tradition. ya know when the cavalry joins infantry in the chorus section! i put only 96, although i hate to rate stuff, coz i don't like the last track. |

Great album,as some statements said above, this band is very influenced by the typical american Hard Rock sound of the 80's.."I Want You" & "Bad Child" both rock your socks off,"Tear It Out" goodie one,"Stranger In The Night" strongly reminded me of Dokken,"Too Far Gone" Bon Jovi came to my mind as this song sounds(even vocally) like Bon Jovi(the old BJ sound),"Big Screem Hero" & "I'm Still Alive" perhaps is the peak of the album,a song that has some AOR feel to it,the best song in here IMO...88/100 |

curemeok & rick, if JBJ had a German accent and a nasal infection. 'Stranger In The Night' has a great opening riff but the lead vocalists is not exactly a polished singer (limited range) and is the weak link IMO. |
